I am very satisfied with the services rendered by this organization. The front office was able to provide efficient information and evaluation of the service personalized for me. The packers were excellent. They arrived and worked in a timely fashion providing the needed security for each piece packed. The mover’s were considerate of my home and carried off the moving of all pieces, large and small with care. I was pleased with the kind and friendly attitude of each employee involved and felt that I was always in contact with someone from the company should there be a concern. All of my belongs were placed exactly where they needed to be and some boxes were provided for personal packing. This company made my move more pleasant than it could have been. I will recommend this company to friends and family should they enter into the difficult world of having to move.

Louderback is very professional, and courteous. Brian Hughes came to give an estimate and was equipped with great advice. He wasn’t focused on the Awards received (as a different mover was), but was focused on ME and MY needs. The driver, Harold, and his crew came, on time and they were considerate with my furniture and boxes. Harold even gave me his cell # to call if I had questions. Since it was a partial load, there was a window of 4-​about 20 days to get my delivery. It came in a week, again, with Harold as the lead. I will definitely recommend this company and crew to everyone. Top notch. Look no further.
