I have a strong «clients first» philosophy. I love working with buyers and sellers in all types of transactions, from first-​time buyers to seasoned real estate investors. My accessibility and availability make is easy for my clients to see homes when it’s convenient for them, and get questions answered when they need information. I believe that the real estate agent/​client relationship should be collaborative. With good listening and analytical skills, I can work with my clients to help find pragmatic and creative solutions to their real estate needs. Having grown up in Delaware County, went to college in Berks County, lived for 15 years in Bucks County and another 15 years in Montgomery County — I have a deep knowledge of the entire suburban Philadelphia area. I feel that best asset that I bring to the table is the ability and experience to negotiate the best possible deal for the clients that I work with.
