Dr. Richard Lee focuses on exceptional patient care while using the latest technological advances in orthodontic treatment — offering traditional braces (metal & clear), and Invisalign, as well as Phase I therapies, custom mouthguards, retainers, and teeth whitening.
Loudoun Orthodontics always offers a complimentary consultation, and we are a Participating Provider with most dental insurance plans.
Loudoun Orthodontics recommends that children be evaluated by the age of 7 to detect any early, orthodontic issues that can be addressed before they become too severe. Patients not requiring treatment will be placed on complimentary, Growth & Development monitoring.
History
Established in 2008.
Dr. Richard Lee established his private practice of Loudoun Orthodontics in 2008. He focuses on patient-centered care and believes in a personal, customized approach to his outstanding orthodontic treatment. Dr. Lee takes the time to listen to each patient’s primary concern and discuss with the patient the best treatment plan to get the desired results with the best patient compliance and satisfaction. Consultations are always complimentary and designed to provide the patient with a detailed treatment plan and customized financial plan to fit their personal budget. Dr. Lee is aware everyone has very busy schedules and has designed his office and staff so that wait times are minimal and all appointments are meaningful. His office is inviting, modern, and state-of the art. The Loudoun Orthodontics staff always greets patients by name with a warm smile and are highly skilled and trained, participating in continuing education programs and certifications.

Business Owner
Prior to attending dental school, Dr. Richard J. Lee received a Master’s of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the George Washington University. He also acquired a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from The George Washington University. In 1999 Dr. Lee was accepted to the prestigious University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. He graduated in 2003 and placed in the top 10% of his class.
Dr. Lee practiced cosmetic dentistry for a few years in Miami before he returned back to school to start his orthodontic residency. He chose orthodontics as his dental specialty because it follows his passion in developing beautiful, natural smiles.
Dr. Lee provides top-of-the-line orthodontics & patient care to residents in the Ashburn/Leesburg/Sterling areas. He is active in the community supporting area schools and students. He attends study clubs and lectures to local middle and high schools about the importance of orthodontic treatment.
