We are EPA lead certified and take care to protect your home from the dust and dirt that accompanies remodeling work.

We hold Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR) and Certified Aging-​In-​Place Specialist (CAPS) designations from the National Association of Home Builders and continually look to upgrade our skills and knowledge to make sure we offer the latest and best materials and techniques the industry has to offer.

I still have as much fun remodeling homes as I did as a kid building forts with my brothers.

Before starting Magnotta Builders and Remodelers in 1977 I worked for my uncle for many years who taught me not only about remodeling and building but about how important each customer was and that integrity was essential to build a business that will have lasting success.
