I started in the apartment maintenance field in 1976.

I have worked for 3 of the largest rental compenies in the Michigan areas, and have been in charge of all areas of building maintenance, supervision, training, and inventory specialist.

I like what I do or I wouldn’t have been in business since 1993.

I have lived in the Lansing area for most of my life, other than 2 years in Huston, TX. as a Pro. photographer and Lab tech. specialist.

* I take personal phone calls Mon.- Fri. From 7:00AM to 9: AM.

* Most all calls are followed up the same day. If a message is left after 9:00AM

* I start work between 10:00AM — 10:30AM I don’t eat lunch or take the time for one.
