I have been coming to this location since it opened at least once a week. Always great food for a good price. Staff friendly, never any issues with my food. Highly recommend!!!

Visually the place looks nice, but before you get hooked by the décor… walk away. There are much better options in the area if your looking for good authentic Mexican food. The portion sizes are small, the strawberry agua de horchata was simply awful, the house salsas at the table are watered down(especially the red salsa) and if you want chips and salsa(specifically made for the chips) its going to cost you. As for the food… it was just meh… not worth a second trip.

This place sucks. This place contains all the elements needed to be a great restaurant; nice decorations, very clean/well maintained, and clear menu and pricing. The problem is that I think if you go into this place and order anything that isn’t one of the more expensive value meal type dinners, then you will walk out unsatisfied and having spent a lot of money. For starters, let me say that I am always on the lookout for a good vegetarian burrito in Chicagoland. For the most part, pork, chicken, etc burritos are made very well, flavorful, and large. On the other hand, vegetarian burritos tend to be shredded iceberg lettuce, some cubed tomatoes, and thats about it. If you know of a good place, especially in the south suburbs, please let me know about it. That being said, I did not order a meat burrito at this establishment, and probably ordered an item that isn’t ordered very often. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito($ 4.89). The burrito was about as big as my pinky finger. I thought there had been a mistake… like, maybe they had given me the childrens size order. I asked to see the manager, but he wasnt there. I went back a second time… to see if maybe there had been a mistake, or the person working on that particular day was known to make very small burritos. I’m in the Chicago Southland, a good burrito place is not so easy to find. I had great hopes for this place, location, price, etc. This time I ordered the Vegetarian Burrito($ 5.49). Shredded lettuce garbage, and small. Every time I have gone here, I honestly feel like someone has kicked me in the nuts and stolen my wallet. I have a feeling they are only in existence because of the bar two doors over. This place sucks, take your money elsewhere.

Stay away from the chimichunga’s! They put«cheddar cheese» on top of it which is actually nacho cheese… Absolutely disgusting! The rice was dry, the whole meal was very underwhelming. I don’t think I’ll be back to this place…

Ricidulous prices! Non friendly. Gotta pay for your own chips and salsa! I asked for my chicken to get grilled withbingridientsbit already comes with and they have the audacity to charge me $ 1.00 per each one. I’m surprised I didn’t get charged to gabbig napkins!

I recently tried this place again. Unfortunately, the result was the same, food was subpar. The steak was over-cooked and tasted as if it was leftovers. The pastor meat was mushy and had a consistency of paste and under-seasoned. The horchata and Jamaica drinks were too sweet but very tasty. The sopes seemed to come from a freezer and not fresh. And to top it off, I’m not sure if it was the bread from the torta or the sour cream, but something didn’t taste right. And so I got montzuma’s revenge. So I do not recommend this place. The service was pleasant and fast, however.

I stopped in for lunch during«lunch time hours» and the first good sign was that I was the fifth or sixth person in-line…so I’ll get to the point… service was fast and to the point, turn around time on food was fast considering it was lunch time, the food itself was pretty darn good and lastly, cost is also pretty darn good… certainly not expensive. Check it out… you’ll be glad you did.

I always loved Mexican food. I eat it often. I been going this location and the other one in Highland for about 4 years. Prices are reasonable and goof is ok. The place looks nice! Coll advertising sign on the bickwall. Though TVs are all in Spainish. The Highland one has no bathroom, much less sink to wash you hands so shocked no ones gotten sick. Thought that was illegal too. Ncie though you can eat before shopping as built into out of Ultra. Anyways I order a big meal for myself(About $ 9)whicha few chips were included. I orderd it with the the owers son in law who knew me from both places. So I used the little thing of sala on my chips and wanted more for my enchilada but then he tried to charge me extra. I never in my life charged extra for salsa ever. So thats why I stoped coming. I told the son in law he was being cheap. I was a regular customer of 4 plus years and he knew it. Keep your $.25 extra or so salsa mr too cheap yet your prcies go up every year. I’ll go to Cocula Restaurant in Calumet City which even has live mariachi band on the weekends with all the salsa and chips you like, or next door at El Mariachi w the buy 3 tacos get one free and fresh all you can eat sala and chips. or El Galloin in Crestwood with all you can eat fresh fried chips and fresh salsa. Chips are so good when they are just fried.

Meat and tortilla. A Burrito with«everything» is lettuce, beans, cheese, and tomatoes. OK, there were a few pieces of tomato. The rest of «everything» was… M.I.A. The steak was tasty, and I do enjoy the tacos here. Burrito wrapping classes should be mandatory too.

This is an excellent restaurant! I highly recommend this place! The food is served fast and fresh and delicious. This is what Mexican food is suppose to tase like. I’ve had pretty much everything on the menu and if I had to choose what I like bst it would be the Menudo dinner.

Love the food! Love the workers! I really like this place for a quick bite in or take out! I live clothes by and its the only restaurant I can eat at more than once a week and not get sick of it. If there ever is any mess ups with orders, they are great at fixing it so its not an issue! My fave is the Combo #3!

LOVETHEIRSTEAKFAJITABURRITOS. always so full of flavor and they don’t skimp on the steak. The guacamole and chips are great too. My boyfriend had the Nacho Rancho Grande with pork the last time we ate here and it was really, really tasty.

rancho grande has arrived!!! for years the region could only offer up tbell or bk as a late night 4th meal, but now rancho grande offers an alternative. open til midnight, 7 days a week, grab some nachos, tacos and a burrito to soak up the booze!!! by no means is this a classy joint, but this is no dive either. quiet, clean and spacious. the food is good, it’s no el salto or la carreta. the menu offers up a large selection of authentic mexican plates, desserts and drinks/alcohol. the nachos rancho grande with steak are hardcore!!! and only falls short of chicagos labambas by a bit. the prices are fair for the amount of food received. check out the takeout menu… numerous typos, punctuation errors and photoshop failures. it’s hilarious!!!
