Volunteers of America Bargainway Centers

«There’s a bunch of VoAs in the area… I have shopped at the Bargainway center on Cedar (which I don’t like) and the Warehouse on Mount Hope and Washington (which I do like). The only thing about VoA is that it is so stinking big! I mean, I clean up when I’m there, especially when they have the 25 cent sweater sale, but you could be all day looking for clothes in this joint.
It’s a little dusty and smells like a goodwill, but the clothes are clean and well organized. It’s great for finding old school workshirts and stuf like that, plus they have tons of other appliances/​books/​records/​goods etc. for your perusal. I think I would like it better if it weren’t so expansive. Oh yeah and unlike the Cedar location, this one is well-​lit.»
