I contacted Jim to inspect a car that I was interested in purchasing. The problem was that I lived in Madison, WI and the car was in Lapeer, MI. Jim provided me with an honest and full inspection of the vehicle. He was clear with what worked well with the car and the areas of the car that did not work and would need to be repaired or replaced. As a result of Jim’s inspection and ethical work, I moved forward with the purchase and couldn’t be happier. Both the seller and Jim were honest, forthcoming, and I would recommend Avery Auto repair for Jim’s customer service, integrity, and being a good and honest person.

Overly accomodating– I have never dealt with a car repair shop that is not into gouging and taking your money. Numerous times I have been advised by Jim what was or was not necessary or what could wait– they are busy enough they don’t need to make money off things that aren’t needed

I have gone to Avery Auto repair several times and have always been blown away by his awesome customer service. We will continue to trust Averys with our vechiles when we are in Michigan. I only wish that we had Jim and his business in Las Vegas as then we would be able to have the peace of mind that he gives us when he works on our cars.
