Established in 2005.

Owned and operated by the Garcia family, our fitness center is more than just a gym. Since opening our doors in 2005, we have striven to create a welcoming facility for the Laredo community to come together and focus on health and fitness. Due to these efforts, Gold’s Gym South Texas was awarded the prestigious title of «Franchisee of the Year.» This honor is determined by evaluating many factors ranging from member services and day-​to-​day operations to marketing and community involvement. Our gym in Laredo was specifically recognized for our consistent demonstration of excellence and support of the Gold’s Gym brand.

Carolina earned a bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of Texas Pan American. She is well known for her friendly and warm personality. Carolina is proud to witness members improving their lives through fitness. She is excited to help changing people’s lives while providing the best customer service experience.
