Service was actually above my initial expectations. Truthfully food is not too great. Also cost against value is just not there. Everything else besides food and cost is good. Place is clean and greeting was sincere.

The service from the waitress was great, and the dancing was a fun gesture. It’s nice to see good customer service in Laredo! KUDOS
I know it might take a lot of guts to dance in front of strangers just staring at you, but if you signed up for this then just have fun. Otherwise it’s going to show you’re embarrassed or feeling shy regardless how hard you try to crack a smile. SOME of the staff (not all) should just have more fun with it… let loose. Shake those booties! The food was not good for my taste. We waited over 45 minutes for food AND it came out semi warm more cold than warm. Burger meat flavor was bland for my taste. I guess you pay for the ambience if you come here. I like to pay for good service and AWESOME food. Whataburger tastes sooooo much better.

Too expensive for burgers and fries. Wait times are excessive, atmosphere is too crowded. I would overlook all that is burgers were amazing but they’re not. I guess you pay for the nostalgic feel of a 50s diner but I’d rather pay for a good meal instead. Staff was friendly though no complaints there.

I wanted to give it a try since it’s a new place. I ordered for To Go and it took about 10 minutes to place my order. And I was advised it will takes 25 minutes, so I had to wait inside of restaurant. After 45 minutes of waiting, my order was ready. I ordered Johnny Rockets burger and the Philly cheese steak sandwich. When I opened my orders, I was so surprised by the quantity of french fries. They are offering unlimited french fries, but the portion was too little. It wasn’t even a half of rectangular box and it was so tiny, soggy taste. The Johnny Rockets burger was just okay, nothing special. The philly cheese steak sandwich, there seemed no cheese at all. The Subway or Charley’s Philly is much more better than here.
If the food taste was acceptable, I would give them at least three stars. However, their food is not worth to wait and not worth to pay for $ 10– $ 13 for only hamburger/​samdwich and fries.
I would rather go to the Whata burger for a better taste and the price.

Good burgers and fries, they have quite a selection of burgers and you can build your own too. They also have hotdogs and milk shakes. It’s definitely better than Wayback but no match for Five Guys as far as my tastebuds go.
Service was good, be prepared to see the servers dance every once in a while.
I will return and try the Route 66 or the #12 both sound pretty good.
Disclaimer, my opinion on this establishment is precisely that, my opinion, feel free to try it on your own as that’s the only way to truly know if YOU will like it.
