Overall, I was happy with the services I received, but… I was NOT happy about their employee (or owner) changing the price on me. I asked ahead of time how much my refill was going to be and the guy told me $ 28. Then, when I went to pay, he said, «oh, sorry, I told you wrong, it’s $ 35 instead.» I went ahead and paid it, but really was not happy about it. That was a very greedy thing to do to someone. He should of just honored the price he gave me. I’m very disappointed, because I really thought I had found a good nail salon to go to when I’m in Laredo, but I will not be returning to this place, because that was chickensh*t and very shady to do that to someone who has so much stress in their lives. I went in there to relax and left with a very annoying migraine.

I love this place. Wonderful ambiance and incredibly friendly staff. They have the small pedicure chair and were very helpful in offering my little one a gel manicure so her nails will last longer. The waxing could have been better, that would be my only critique. They did great with my mani pedi and I just got a regular. I’m extremely pleased that I finally found somewhere perfect. I’ll definitely be going back. I appeared to be the only new customer, the staff called practically everyone who walked in by name. Having plenty of regular customers means this place offers great service.
