I mean, it’s a chain, so it’s not particularly exciting to write about. But I was in need of a new battery, and they showed me my options and were honest about what was a good deal. Then, they installed it quickly and disposed of the old one. It was quick and hassle-​free which I appreciated. Also, the cashier and the guy who put in the battery were very friendly.

I was in need of a battery for my car and the employee named Tod was very helpful. He was professional, knowledgeable and quick. He installed the battery for me. The price was a bit high and he was able to provide me other options accordingly. Thank you

I had to fix my tail light. I asked for a bulb and a screwdriver — they lent me their screwdriver instead of charging me for a new one.
Since I wanted to return the screwdriver when I was done, I figured I’d change the light in their lot. Then I couldn’t get the bulb out — it broke in my hand, and I cut myself. They let me clean up in their washroom, and I went back out. A bit later, one of them came out, helped me pull out the broken bulb with some pliers, and recommended some lubricant to help get the new one in. They even offered to try and find a bandaid for my cut. I paid about seven bucks for the light bulb and the lube, and everything else was out of the kindness of their hearts.
