I have been working with Mike Hatmaker for over a year. I got my renters insurance as well as my auto insurance with him. I recently moved to another state, and when I tried to get different auto insurance, I got a notification that my license has been suspended SINCE OCTOBER. IT IS NOW MAY OF THE NEXT YEAR. Thank god I was never in an accident or got a ticket!!! The reason for the suspension? NO PROOF OF INSURANCE. Mike used my OLD LICENSE NUMBER to apply for the car insurance on my behalf. WHAT KIND OF LOGIC IS THIS?! So now, if I have to pay the $ 150 reinstatement fee just to change my license BECAUSE OF HIS IDIOTIC AND STUPID MISTAKE, I will be LIVID. Don’t waste your time working with this agent and this agency. Definitely a «get you in the door» kind of establishment. No follow up or follow through. Go ahead and use Geico. This is beyond ridiculous.
