Clairmont on the Green apartment community was established in 1978 in the lovely city of Largo, Florida. It is nestled off of Starkey Road near the intersection of East Bay Drive. We are centrally located near many dining establishments, Publix Supermarket, SweetBay, Save a Lot, and Walmart for your grocery shopping pleasure, Largo Library and community center only a few miles away, close to beaches, and many schools. We have many ammenities for your use and enjoyment and we hope to establish ourselves as a leader in customer service.

Come and meet the staff of Clairmont on the Green. Dana Cufflin is the Business Manager and brings her many years of property management experience along with top notch customer service skills to our team. Angela is the Assistant Business Manager of Clairmont on the Green Apartments and makes customer service the number one priority of our property. Along with John Starks our top notch leasing professional we hope to make your stay at our community a great one and one that you will share with others. Angela has been in the management field for over 20 years. We also have a great maintenance team led by Dane Armstrong with 30 years in the building industry he brings his expertise and strives to fix all of your issues and does it with a smile and great customer service with the help of our maintenance techs!
