Since it won’t let me put 0 stars I’m putting 1 but would give this place a negative if I could. DO NOT GO HERE! It took over 3 hours to get my nails done that I did not even want. I came in here asking for acrylic mint green with matte top and got a lime green with no matte and once my nails were done they proceeded to say that it was not their fault and that they didn’t have matte and still made me pay the full amount and not fix up the paint at all and they look terrible!

I have had my nails done many times in my life. I came in to get acrylics done and the older woman working absolutely brutalized me. I have never been in so much pain getting my nails done. She drilled so hard that every single finger was burning and when polishing the acrylics with the square sanding block she tugged my thumb so hard I really thought she was going to dislocate my finger. It’s insane, but I cringed through the pain because she had already gone far enough that I just thought «get through it, be done and never come back.» The acrylics are growing out and you can see the dark pink delineation where she drilled in so far she almost went through my natural nail to the nail bed. It was horrible and unless you have some sort of interest in being physically tortured, I’d suggest avoiding this place. :(

This is the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. I came in to get my acrylics taken off and a gel manicure. The place was filthy. Nail clippings all over the place, dirty paper towels everywhere. The nail lady used the same tools on me as she did my mother. I’m pretty sure no one in here is licensed. The woman who was taking off my acrylics took forever to get them off. Which, she actually didn’t take them completely off she basically just took the polish off and filed them down a little and filed my skin a bunch which was very uncomfortable. I didn’t end up getting the gel since I was so dissatisfied with how she took the acrylic off I made her stop after that. Do not come here!!!

Absolute worst customer service I have experienced. I was a walk-in and so I asked if there would be a wait and was told «No». My pedicure tub was filled with freezing water and I was then left to sit there without a word for over 30 minutes so I eventually had to leave.
Super disappointed because I wasted my lunch hour here and walked away with no polish.
Salon is run down, polish color choice is limited and customer service is completely absent.

Can only give one star, I guess my last mani
curist spoiled me. I have worn pink and whites for ages, and they always cleaned my nails, took care of my cuticles, moisturized my hands whether I was in for a new set or a fill, this place did none of that, and charged way too much for the job that was done. Let’s put it this way, my hands are my pride, and currently I want to hide them. It honestly looks like I applied dime store press on nails. They aren’t the same lengths on each hand, Polish job is ragged. Will not return.

If this is the one in Largo Mall — I was sent away because I came at 6:30PM! She said they closed at 7 and would not have time to do an acrylic set of nails, and then told me she did not know how to do them anyway…

Gentleman who was doing my pedicure was very nice and did a good job. However, the salon is looking very sad– not many decorations, towels were dirty. Also they were very short staffed. One lady was helping three people at the same tome. Also for pedicure they don’t use hot towels or stone which I am uses to from previous salons. Overall I wasn’t very impressed.
