I had to move things from Tampa to Los Angeles and this company was so professional and helpful. LG was very understanding when they had to go back and pick up some items that they did not get the first time and called me right away to correct. I would definitely recommend them I was highly impressed with their customer service.

I cannot express how impressed I am with the services of Orbit Professional Packing & Crating! I recently had to ship a large antique mirror from Tampa to my parents house in Pittsburgh, PA and the whole process went so smoothly. Mr. Bill Williams was my contact at Orbit and he was extremely professional and adhered to the deadline I had set for the shipment of this mirror. He was always available by phone whenever I had a question and he quoted me a very reasonable and honest price. I really appreciated this because I had never had to ship a large item such as this before and I wasn’t really sure about the process or what an average price for this size item should ship for. I had compared Orbit’s prices to another local company, Craters and Freighters, and there was no comparison.
Furthermore, whenever the mirror arrived at my parent’s house they said that they could not believe how dilligent Orbit was in packaging the item to make sure that it arrived safely without any damage. It arrived in Pittsburgh exactly how it left from Tampa! The mirror is an antique in our family and holds sentimental value to my father therefore, making sure it arrived intact was my first priority — and Orbit came through!
I cannot thank Orbit enough for their professional and friendly sales team that made this experience effortless and in addition for meticulously taking care of an item so precious to our family. I would recommend their services with the highest regard.

I recently contracted with Orbit to pick up, crate/​palletize and arrange shipping for a high end leather sofa purchased from a Tampa /​Clearwater area furniture reseller.
The item had to be shipped from FL to NY state. Orbit was very prompt in replying to my email inquiry with a detailed quotation, offered a price that was competitive and when I had any questions during subsequent interaction their service rep ‘LG” was always available right away by phone or email.
Now that I have received the item (it arrived today) I’m totally impressed by their services. They did an absolutely stellar job of palletizing and packing the sofa to absolutely ensure that it woudl ship safely and not suffer any damage even if it was inadvertently mishandled. The pallet was sized to match the sofa, the sofa was shrink wrapped and bubble wrapped with foam under the legs and they also surrounded it with a double layer of rigid foam before putting on a double wall corrugated box over the top with more plastic wrap around that and then strapping it to the pallet.
I recommend their services 100% with the highest praise — no reservations.
