PNC Bank

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A BANK. Philly PNC was awesome, I’ve been a member since 2009 and today I closed down my account in Largo because they would not cash my whole check I needed to pay the rent. Never bounced a check, my EXACT SAME payer every 2 weeks, no problem. The manager was more concerned about policy than keeping a customer. Then she tells me that all banks are the same and you have to have all funds available every time. Um no ma’am they’re not. Byeeeeeeeeee.
THERE ARE FAR BETTER BANKS OUT THERE.

I went to Achieva right down the street. They cashed my check outright, Day 1 of being a member with 50 bucks deposited in to savings. They have all kinds of coffee, magazines, a TV for grown ups that is playing actual TV and not bank ads and a TV FOR KIDS!!! I and my kid walked out of there so happy.
