We started as a family café’, growing our catering business into full time business. We have caterered parties from 10 to Super Bowls NFL Fil crew and the VIP Tailgate Party. Fun, Fun.

Meet the Business Owner

Doris and Michael L.

Business Owner

The company’s event coordinator and marketing manager, Doris Leonardo started this business twenty years ago with her husband Michael, the company’s head chef. Besides a seemingly limitless array of cuisines, they’ve built this company on the foundation of service. Doris and Michael believe you can get food anywhere, but superior service is a limited commodity. Along with their team of culinary experts, they are passionate about designing a worry-​free event. Quintessence has catered everything from Super Bowl celebrations for the NFL’s film crew and VIP party to elegant cocktail gatherings in the Tampa Bay area.
