Scottrade

When I think of Scottrade I think of online trading. Actually I established my account online and have conducted most of my business there with the support of this office. Today was my first visit to the office. I visited for a couple of reasons but the main purpose was to expedite some paperwork. The office staff was very courteous and cordial. They helped with my paperwork as requested explaining the nuances of my transaction while offering to help further if I needed assistance.
Obviously, the people in the office of a Scottrade office are there to sell you services. I was very impressed that they kept their sales inquiry and pitches within the scope of my visit. This was definitely the best way to get me to consider coming in for future business. The sales inquiries were polite and inquisitive in nature; there was not a real hard sell. They even engaged in some polite conversation which made me feel connected.
This will be a definite consideration when I decide on further transactions.
