I’ve gone to Dr. Denkler for several years for Botox. He is an excellent communicator and his skill with injections is painless. His office is clean and bright, and his staff is focused on the client.
Highly recommend!!!

Dr. Denkler performed state-​of-​the-​art laser neck surgery on me 10 days ago. I traveled from Virginia to have this done, based on a prior interview with Dr. Denkler and his reputation as an outstanding, cosmetic surgeon.
The outcome has been excellent. In addition, Dr. Hudson performed a thorough evaluation as a pre-​operation review prior to surgery. She brought up concerns that I will follow through with my primary care doctor. So this exam was really a bonus, in addition to the surgical outcome. This is a great physician team!
I feel Dr. Denkler is a top surgeon in the area of cosmetic procedures, where there is concern regarding scars or muscle/​nerve involvement, or a simple concern about your new appearance. My problem had to do with my neck, where I had developed a turkey-​look, with excess skin hanging down under my chin, and I felt this detracted from my face and how I presented myself at work and with friends/​family.
Dr. Denkler tightened the area through this laser procedure, using three tiny cuts in the skin, two behind the ears and one under the chin. No scarring. No indication of surgery visible at all. No issues. Now I look in the mirror, especially from the side, and am really happy with what I see!
This was worth a plane trip 3,000+ miles each way. I took a week to handle a problem which, when you consider what is at stake, was a smart investment.
Strongly recommend Drs. Denkler and Hudson, as well as their excellent staff, for any cosmetic procedure. I am another of their patient — success stories!

I’ve seen Dr. Denkler for Botox, Voluma and Sculpsure. I’m a 60 something woman, and I’ve had excellent results with all three procedures. Not only does Dr. Denkler have a superior aesthetic, but he performs these procedures without any discomfort or pain. Also, he doesn’t try to talk you into more procedures or even more product as in the case of Botox and Voluma. As for the Botox and Voluma, he administers it in such a way as to give a natural appearance, as opposed to the «frozen» or «had work done» look. Dr. Hudson, his partner, performed the Sculpsure on my love handles 4 weeks ago, and I’m already seeing results. To be honest, I went into this procedure having my doubts, but for the price, it seemed worth a try. I’m on the slim side and fit, but exercise just won’t get that area, so, I’m pleased that I went ahead with Sculpsure because now I can wear more fitted clothing without depending on the Spanx! Sculpsure was painless and there was no down time. My sister also had Sculpsure on her abdomen 4 weeks ago at this office, and is already seeing results. Finally, the staff are professional; they answer all questions thoroughly and put you at ease. Just a really great office to be in, and I trust Dr. Denkler to do my touch-​ups and give me his recommendations to keep me looking my best, knowing that I won’t regret the outcome.

I have suffered from dupuytrens since I was 15… I’ve had dozens of surgeries and unfortunately not good results… That is until I was referred to Dr. Denkler… He has preformed several needle procedures along with Xeloflex injections and the results have been amazing!!! Not only has he given me hope, he’s also has given me a chance to enjoy things in life I couldn’t do before… The level of care and follow up I have received from him is like no other doctor. Exceptional doctor and great guy!

Our toddler fell, busting her cheek open. It was scary, very deep. Dr. Denkler and his team was calm, attentive and gave us a course of action that benefitted us, not them.
We were very impressed by the level of care and follow-​through, and they are excellent with kids.

Dr. Denkler is a truly exceptional physician. I had a little lump on the skin of the lower part of my eye. Over the past two years I saw two different Dermatologists who said they could cut it out but that would mean stitches and it wouldn’t be easy to do. They both said to watch and wait. I decided I wanted it out so I went to Dr. Denkler who came HIGHLY recommended by my friend. Dr. Denkler looked at it very closely with his super magnifying glasses and decided that it might just be a cyst. He put a little topical anesthesia on it (no needles) and then I barely felt anything and it took about 30 seconds and it was gone!!! I was completely shocked and thrilled and in awe. Too bad I didn’t come to Dr. Denkler first because I have spent two years putting eyeliner on working hard to avoid the big bump. Dr. Denkler is also kind and caring and not afraid to take a little extra time to listen and to ask questions. I now also HIGHLY recommend Dr. Denkler. The office staff is also friendly and helpful. I have also taken my daughter in to see Dr. Hudson and we had a similarly great experience with her too. This is a great office all around.

Dr. Keith is part Artist and part Genius.
The whole experience at Dr. Denklers office is one of relaxation and rejuvenation. He is a board certified plastic surgeon so you are in good hands.
The office location is beautiful, plenty of parking and once inside the wait was minimal.
I hear a lot of gals these days going to med spas or getting botox on groupon. I am sure that is fine sometimes, but sometimes its not!
Why don’t you pick the best from the very start to ensure you most important asset does not get all jacked up?

I still can’t say enough wonderful things about Drs. Keith Denkler and Rosalind Hudson at their Larkspur, CA practice. I recently had the latest technology in facial treatment for my pregnancy-​induced malasma… patches of dark pigmentation on both of my cheeks. I have been embarrassed by these marks on my face, but Rosalind performed a quick and painless treatment which, after just one treatment, lightened these dark patches significantly! The recommendation for my discoloration is three treatments and I can’t wait to see the results. I’ll keep posting my progress. Thank you for helping me feel much more comfortable in my skin!

Keith Denkler provides a great service. He is very attentive. I’ve never felt any discomfort. He works fast and explains all details of the procedure.

I have been seeing Dr. Denkler and Dr. Hudson since 2008. Dr. Hudson is a consummate professional and a wealth of information, always walking me through the ABCs of what I should, and shouldn’t do to make my skin look good. ***And it’s all worked.*** Later, I had liposuction by Dr. Denkler on my neck with minimal down time and fast recovery. As you can see by my before/​after photos — a huge success and I continue to love it — seven years later! Friends and associates simply thought I had lost weight. Then, just recently — I had old implants removed and a breast lift by Dr. Denkler, and I’m thrilled. My breasts are beautiful. I feel, and look, ten years younger. And friends and business associates ask, «Have you lost weight?» It’s fun to wear clothes again! Dr. Denkler is a magician. A cliché, yes, but the truth. Both doctors are compassionate, trustworthy and obviously highly-​skilled. You’d be hard pressed to find a better team.

Dr denkler did a really fantastic professional job of minimizing the incision to remove my tiny skin cancer. He was caring and completely put me at ease during the consult & quick procedure.

I have received Xiaflex (collagenase) injectons from Dr. Denkler on two occasions for treatment of my Dupytrens contractures. Each treatment was successful and without any complication. Dr. Denkler is a true professional who has a thorough knowledge of this condition and the treatment options available to correct it. He was willing to explain those options and the risks and benefits of each. I have found him to be courteous, careful, trustful and concerned. I need a third injection procedure and I will have him perform it without a second thought.

I have dupytrens contractures and have now visited Dr. Denkler several times. He has given me excellent results when others have not. I’m extremely grateful to have found him and think so highly of his skills as a surgeon. I have had the needle procedure done with him at least a half a dozen times among other things and I’m always surprised what he can do with my crippled fingers. Also he takes the time to make sure you’re doing well afterward. He even emailed me to check in after I had a partial fillet while out of town at a his fathers funeral. What other doctor would do that? Great guy and a incredible surgeon.

I went to see Dr. Denkler for an injection of Xiaflex for my Dupytrens… and ended up with a tendon rupture. Three surgeries, over $ 200,000 thousand dollars in medical costs, and a year and a half of trouble later, I am left with only a partially functioning hand.
I can’t prove that Denkler was at fault, but during the procedure, his wife burst into the room proclaiming she did not have to have surgery on her elbow, and during the procedure, Dr. Denkler carried on a completely inappropriate conversation with my partner, who was in the room. My suspicion is that he was distracted at the very least.
My suggestion: don’t use Xiaflex… and pay very close attention to what’s going on during your procedure. Speak up if something happens you are not happy with. I didn’t… and I am paying the price.

This team of doctors (Keith and Ros) work seamlessly together to educate you, comfort you, and care for you. Ros has impeccable taste and serves as a sounding board. Keith is extremely talented and can achieve any results. He doesn’t post very many photos on his website, so you need to go into the office to meet with them and to see more of their protfolio. Procedures are performed in their office, so you are comfortable that it is sterile and private. I can’t say enough. I would go nowhere else!

I cannot say enough about these doctors. I haven’t found any doctors like these two. Very through and so compassionate. I’ve had numerous things done here. Laser, cosmetic, and health upkeep. Dr. Hudson is always so caring and I have full trust in this office, as I know they have my health first before anything else. Which I’d say is important considering you’re going to Dr’s office.

I’m 39, a mom to a 3 ½ year old, and a native Marin-​ite. I didn’t spend a ton of time in the sun growing up but since having my daughter, have noticed some serious wrinkles (more like grooves) in between my brows and around my eyes. Some people refer to this as «mommy brow» — I just want it gone. I’m sure I could have spent a fortune on creams and topical ointments but I’m an online researcher and everything I read pointed to Botox as having the best long-​term results.
Keith Denkler came highly recommended to me (from someone who had a little more than Botox done, lol). I was looking for someone «conservative» because God forbid I walk out with that frightening frozen face that so many older women seem to have these days. I needed to know that I wasn’t going to look like a freak. My conversation with Dr. Hudson put me at ease. Dr. Denkler, apparently best known for his work in Dupuytren and his *conservative* approach to surgery, has a great bedside manner and is known for never «overdoing» things. He is gentle and precise and my experience with him was so positive, that I’m already scheduling my next visit.
Love this office. Love the people who work there. And, love that I can get something «minor» done to my face without people knowing it! :)

Dr. Denkler, (along with his sidekick, wife Dr. Rosalind Hudson) is an incompetent, dangerous quack who ruined my life, irrevocably, butchering me to deformity and dysfunction. through his sloppy, poor performance.
His sidekick, «Dr.» Hudson offered me drugs (Xanax) to calm me down from the excruciating pain and permanent damage /​deformity & lack of functionality THAT Denkler CAUSED to my body and hand.
He was ashamed that his ‘plastic surgery’ damaged by body so badly, and it got worse and worse; he could not fix the damage that HE did to me. Indeed, I had to go to other doctors, to try and FIX the damage that Denkler did to me, through his careless, sloppy, butchery.
SAVE YOURSELF! Don’t allow yourself to go «under the knife’ of Dr. Denkler (and then, if injured by him, offered dugs by his sidekick wife to relax and silence you).
Don’t listen to the other ‘positive’ reviews that Denkler has manufactured or paid ‘happy’ clients to write. It could be YOU that he cuts open and YOU who will never be the same again — just like it was me. DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE GOING UNDER HIS KNIFE. Don’t do it; there a plenty of Plastic Surgeons who are not disfiguring butchers like Denkler, or pill-​pushers like his wife. SAVE YOURSELF! Don’t go to Denkler.

This is just an incredibly special office. Dr. Denkler put a happy end to a problem I’d had for the last three years. A mole was removed by an inept doctor, leaving a deep gouge in my face. The original doctor had said, «Too bad, that’s the way it goes sometimes» and was completely dismissive. Wow.
So I moved on to doctor #2 who simply filled the pit with restylane. And while it was an improvement, it still wasn’t right and I knew it. And because that filler vanishes with time, every few months I’d need to blow $ 400 to ‘refill’ it.
But Dr. Denkler simply snipped out the mess, stitched it up and gave me the lovely solution I needed from the start. I can’t tell you how relieved I am to finally have this wound handled properly by the RIGHT doc. Last night the bandage finally came off to reveal the faintest, most barely visible scar. It looks beautiful and perfect compared to what I’ve been through!
Also the entire office are just the sweetest people in the world. Dr. Denkler, his doctor wife Rosalind, and all the women who work up front… my goodness, this is just an unusually caring, kind and super competent place. What a find and worth the drive from the East Bay for sure!

I saw Dr. Denkler for Dupuytrens Contracture. Like others, I had researched possible doctors extensively and Dr. Denkler came highly recommended. I can see why. Nice facility, very friendly and helpful staff and Dr. Denkler was everything I could have hoped for. Very pleasant fellow who took great effort to make me feel comfortable and answer all my questions.
I had needle aponeurotomy which is quite a bit less invasive than surgery. Dr. Denkler has performed a lot of these and his confidence showed it. He was very communicative throughout the procedure which took less time than I had imagined. My fingers are free to move again with very little discomfort after the procedure. I am very happy.
