Manager

Ms Jung joins Opes Advisors with over 30 years of financial experience beginning her career as a CPA and working in both corporate finance and the real estate industry. She focuses on her clients’ concerns to help them identify and clarify their real estate investment and long term financial goals. At Opes, she offers premier mortgage solutions and has the in-​house depth and expertise to create secure financial strategies for her customers. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. In addition, Ms Jung is a CPA and has her Real Estate License, Mortgage License, and Investment Advisor License.

I found Marian through the Unilocal reviews. After reading them I felt that she would be the one that I could trust to get the best refinance package possible. And she definitely delivered the goods. As mentioned in her other reviews she is organized, knowledgeable, responded promptly to any inquiries and questions that I had. We had a little blip during the process (due to a problem with another institution), but she kept me updated throughout. And kudos to the office staff (Marissa), who were first rate in their support of Marian and myself. Marian is not only as professional as she can be but also just as important is that she is a great person. I highly recommend her for anyone who wants the best.

Six years ago in 2005, I worked with Marian on a refinance. I found her through a recommendation by a friend, and I was very pleased with her service. She was incredibly organized, gave great advice, and was a great help throughout the process. The refinance went very smoothly, and she helped me get a great mortgage.
This year when I needed to refinance again, I immediately contacted Marian. Now with Opes Advisors, Marian offers a wide range of services that include mortgages but also much more. I was glad to be able to work with her to be able to evaluate my refinancing needs in context of my whole financial picture. She assessed my case and worked through multiple scenarios with me to determine the best course of action. She was very thorough in her analysis and spent as much time with me as I needed to evaluate the options. In Marian, I felt I had a great partner and advocate.
Doing the refinance this time around, the world is a different place than it was in 2005! Lender requirements are much more stringent and detailed documentation is necessary. My case was somewhat complicated, and on top of that I needed the financing to close quickly. Marian tracked all of the details to ensure nothing was overlooked and continuously drove the process forward. Her commitment to meet my deadline was incredible. In the end, Marian made it happen – the refinancing was on time and successful. I now have a great mortgage that matches my needs perfectly.
