Stacy is a women’s health care Nurse Practitioner (gynecology) who is an expert in Bio-​idential hormone therapies for women of all ages. It is difficult to find a positive way to process the way this professional consultation went. In addition to unrevealed charges, I was shocked to discover that Stacy had very little understanding of the test results she received from the lab. She actually missed her preparatory appointment with the diagnostician at the lab, but chose to lie and tell us that he failed to call her at the appointed time. She had us come to her office to discuss the test results even though she had nothing to say about them because she did not understand them and had missed he appointment with the Genova diagnostician who would have explained the results to her. Instead of postponing our appointment so she could prepare herself to discuss the results of the many tests she had ordered, since she wasn’t prepared, she had us come anyway and spent an hour attempting to read the report aloud to us, unable to even pronounce the names of the hormone tests she recommended, and having no understanding of the report’s language or the results the report communicated. In the end she told us she would call us in several days with her recommendations, after she had an opportunity to speak with the Genova diagnostician whose next available appointment was several days away. Needless to say, we will not being going back to her.

Stacy is an immensely talented professional. She is unique in a lot of way; she provides information and allows you to make your decision from there, she is gentle with her technique, she is very knowledgable with testing and treatment options and she has «alternative» options to allow patients a full range of health care choices. Every time I see Stacy Bischoff, I know my health care needs are in good hands. I recommend you see her to experience the same.
