Tamalpais Property Management was established to serve a need for professional residential property management. We are centrally located in Marin County and locally owned.

We provide any required service to investment property owners. Our strengths are in management, leasing, maintenance and accounting. We deal with all parties including attorneys, vendors/​contractors, banks appraisers and, of course, tenants
