I had been renting my apartment and had a dog chew up some of the carpet against the wall. I called Brian and he came out to see if it could be stretched right away! It actually couldn’t even be stretched so he looked for carpet to match and replace the piece. He luckily had a piece that almost matched perfectly. He cut out a little part in the closet and put his piece in there and the piece he cut in the living room. Both replacements look great! You could never even tell carpet had been replaced! Would definitely recommend his services!

I called 24⁄7 Carpet & Floor Care because I not only needed carpet cleaned but also stretched for a rental home of mine. I needed it done within 3 days and Brian fit me in. Not only did he work with my time limit, but he did an excellent job and charged a very reasonable price. He does so much more than carpet cleaning. Anything to do with flooring. He’s honest, professional, thorough, dependable, an all around nice guy. I highly recommend this company and plan to use him for all my flooring needs in the future!

I called Brian on Monday and made an appointment for Wednesday morning at 10 a.m. Brian and his assistant arrived promptly at 10 a.m. and completed the job in one hour ten minutes. The job consisted of cleaning two fabric accent chairs, staircase and two traffic problem areas. First, his over-​the-​telephone quote for the job stood, no hidden costs and no attempt to «up sell» or «cross sell» me any other services. Really really love Brian’s work! I have used him about 8 times now and he is very good at getting marks and stains out of carpet. I am a real estate agent and have used him on some pretty tough carpet stains when getting a home a ready to show. He always comes through and is very reasonable too! I highly recommend him!

I had an emergency situation where I needed my carpets cleaned the same day. I called Brian and he fit me in same day! At no point did I feel like I was bothering him, because he was SO nice and incredibly genuine. He called me BEFORE coming to my house, to make sure that we would meet up– that was great because I had assurance he was coming and he was coming ON TIME.
He met up with my boyfriend at our home and went over the cleaning procedure, my boyfriend has mentioned that he was a very down to earth guy and really knew what he was talking about.
Not only did our carpets look great, he knew it was for a move out– and he left us deodorizer for when we do the final walk through with our landlord. He was great and will definitely be using his services for our new home :)

I have been calling this company to do my home at least 5 times now. I have several rooms of Carpet in my home and 2 dogs, I have my rugs done pretty much every 7 to 8 month maybe more if there happen to be an accident from one of my puppies…24/7 Carpet & Floor Care has always come to my rescue with in a reasonable time. they have done an awesome job and didn’t hurt my pockets in the end. I’ve also had them clean my Sectional, 6 big pieces and they did an excellent job on that as well. and tonight, I had a massive water break in my kitchen and the water leaked into not only my living room but also my front room and once again, I called and Brian came to the rescue with in an hour of my call, he had come to suck up the water from the rugs/​padding and place some blowers on the carpets to dry. Once again, Great Job! I really recommend you give him a call, I really don’t think you will be disappointed. not pushy, doesn’t try to sell you anything more than what you are asking him for and his price always affordable, he comes in and gets the job done. Great Guy and a Great Company!
