Good first experience with Coach Mike but he subsequently never answered my email or phone calls. Unreliable.

Friend bought me a lesson for my birthday. The payment was processed; however, it was impossible to contact this business, let alone book an appointment.
I have attempted contact 4 times in the past week through multiple emails, calls, and voicemails. Their website hours contradict the voicemail hours by the way.
At this point I’m just trying to get my friend’s money back.
