I had finally sold my house in Las Vegas and the place was cleaned up with the carpet and floor to be the last one
I called a-​1 carpet clean and the quote was right
We set up for 9 am .
The guys came on time and stormed the place
When I got back from work it was just like new

A one came to my house yesterday to clean my carpet.
My dog messed up the whole living room and i had to call someone asap
I called a one and them came same day and did great job on my carpets
No more spots and ugly staims on my carpets !

After hearing good and bad things about carpet cleaners I decided to try a one and hope for the best. They far exceeded my expectations! The guys that came out did an excellent job on the carpets, my travertine floors and my sofas! The carpets feel springy and soft again, the floors look like new and my sofas don’t have that smell that comes when you sit on them every day like we all do! They explained the cleaning process to me, and which rooms needed a little extra attention and why. I appreciated that they were so thorough and didn’t make me feel pressured. They even left me with a little pamphlet on how best to care for my carpet in between cleanings. Great customer service from start to finish! I recommend a one to everyone that needs their floors cleaned and wants a great company!

We needed our carpets done immediately. We called several places and nobody could come out the same day. When we called A One, not only did they come out that same day, their staff was friendly and professional. I liked that they even wore booties when they came into our home!
We could not be happier with the service they provided us. Carpets looked almost new and dried in just a couple hours. Thank you A One for all your help. We will totally be using you guys again and telling our friends!

We went for a small weekend vacation to SD.
When we return we walked in and notice something is wrong. My yellow Lab was covered in chocolate we checked the house and 3 carpets in our rooms where all stained with chocolate.
It was late Sunday bought so on Monday morning we called A One, the guy on the phone gave us a quote, we told him what we have and what we need.
A few hours later a Tex showed up he cleaned it all and shampoo the carpet
They did a very good job.

I’ve recently moved to new apartment. The landlord didn’t clean the carpts as he should. Disgusting!

From my first call to question about services and setting up the appointment. Salam H. is an awesome and so helpful to final cleaning, I couldn’t be more pleased with the service from A One Carpet Cleaning. I had a rush request for an area rug that they made happen. Yousef was excellent — professional, fast and gracious. Happier with their service and highly recommend this service.

Recently came home to a flood in my apartment after being gone at work all day. Maintenance people had just figured out there was a blockage in the pipes… after several days of work being done, the matting needed watching.
Called several places and they all gave me a ring around about cost and what ‘work’ needed to be done. Was at my wits end bit called spitz, what could it hurt. They requested me a price which was all included. Vince came our to do the work and have to admit they were the smoothest company I have dealt with over this whole situation. We will be seeing one another in 6 months when it is time for cleaning again.

The worst carpet cleaners I have ever experienced. I should have never let them into my house. The carpets were as dirty or dirtier when finished. The quote started off good, but once they began it got larger and larger. And worst of all the finished product was terrible. when I complained I got yelled at by a manager with a accent. Asked for my money back and got hung up on. I would stay away from this company.

These guys are the classic bait and switch carpet cleaners. They offer once price, then quote a price nearly triple of what the advertised price was in person. After the service was done and I realized I that the guy simply dragged dirty warm water all over my carpet, I asked for a refund. No refund, but again with the upsell, offering to do the service again for the same price.
STAY AWAY from these crooks. They even had the audacity to offer me a discount only after I mentioned leaving this kind of review on Unilocal.Slimey.

Needed our stairs carpet cleaned last minute. Friend sent me to A One. –friend has badly stained carpets– so I knew if they could do a great job there, it would be an excellent job here. They had no problem fitting it into their schedule on such short notice. Next day the stair carpets were cleaned like new and they earned themselves a new customer.

I called and got what seemed to be a great estimate. As soon as the technician walked into the house, he states that the estimates were to «maintain an already clean carpet». If my carpet was already cleaned, why would I need to clean it again? This is counter intuitive. I would have preferred honesty when I called, that if you don’t have an already clean carpet, that you will need to pay more. Also, the discounted pricing is for steam cleaning, not shampooing.

Disgusting! They give you a quote to «clean» the carpets, but when the tec gets there and admits that their method is dirty and if you want them to use a cleaning solution the price is triple. Total bait and switch!

I called on Friday and they fit me in for a Monday morning. From the initial estimate (via email) to the end all workers were efficient, quick and courteous. They called before arriving, and were right on time. I was moving out of a condo and they cleaned all my heavy traffic areas and made them look like new.
I will be using them in the future along with recommending them to family. *estimate was accurate and honest :)

DON’T TRUST THIS COMPANY IT IS A RIP OFF.
On Feb 25, 2015, I talked to a customer service representative of A One Carpet Cleaning and set up an appointment to have a carpet cleaned for a house (1640 square feet, with carpet in office, living and dining area, family room, 3 bedrooms), less than 1600 feet of carpet. The estimate on the phone was $ 110– $ 150, with additional charge for any special materials (deodorizer, deep cleaner, etc).
On Feb 27, TY showed up on time. He proceeded to do a ‘walk through estimate’ of the carpet size (no measuring instruments, just his feet). He also asked questions about when the carpet was last cleaned, whether I had pets, etc.
This guy could see that I was a senior citizen and knew that I had moved my possessions out of the empty house (so he did not have to move any furniture and the carpet had been vacuumed during a ‘move out’ maid service). His estimate for cleaning my carpet was $ 471 (four hundred seventy one dollars!!), based on his inaccurate measurement using his feet as an instrument. Unfortunately for me, I was totally exhausted and had to have my keys returned to the realty management office by 5:00 PM, so I did not challenge his estimate. I did consider such an estimate a ripoff and a ‘bait and switch’ since his estimate was more than 3 times the highest estimate quoted on the phone.
Ty proceeded to spray the carpet with one container of chemicals, followed by the steamer. His entire visit was less than 2 hours.
I can’t imagine any chemicals that would cost so much, since the phone estimate was $ 150 max with additional charge for materials.
Stay away from this company.

I called spoke with Lisa, I told her I needed carpet cleaning in 3 bedrooms. She said $ 49 for their steam cleaning process. So I asked her if it would clean the carpets without added cleaners. She said yes it does a good job. Well she lied. My appointment was for 2, she called at 1:30 to let me know the tech was on his way should be there in 30 min. I thought perfect because I just left and should meet him there at the same time. At 2:30 I called to check on the status of the tech, she said he was coming from across town and maybe he stopped to put gas. Ok I came from Henderson to meet this guy in North Las Vegas and even if I stopped to put gas in 10 cars I would’ve been there by now. He eventually came at 3:05 which I wrote in on the invoice when he put 1:15. I don’t know his name, he never mentioned it. Of course tried to up sell which is normal with most carpet cleaning companies that offer low prices but I guess it’s fair to say Lisa lied to bring in a customer then then tech will say otherwise. I stuck to the steam cleaning because I still believed what Lisa said, that it would do a good job. Extremely disappointed, my vacuum does a much better job at making my carpets look good. The tech didn’t even clean up after himself or let me know that there was a lot of water from his big old machine. I have tile everywhere else in the house and water on tile makes a dangerous situation. There was puddles of water in the bathroom where he attached his steamer to my bathroom tub and puddles on the floors in front of the bedroom doors where the carpet meets the tile. This is a very unprofessional business, it might be family owned but it’s not family operated. Lisa said the owner’s name is Mikey but in other reviews it says otherwise. If I could leave a no star review I would.

Fast Carpet Repair
I had some substantial damage to the bottom step of my stairs related to my dog. I called A One for an estimate, and they dispatched a technician for next day service. Thereafter, I received a phone call from their office letting me know that the technician (Freddie) was on the way the following morning.
Freddie was pleasant and professional, and he quoted me $ 100 to do the repair. His assistant was able to use my left over carpet to repair the damage. Although he needed to use two separate pieces to cover the area, the seam was unnoticeable. I would definitely use Freddie again.
