Delivered clay to the wrong address. Then screams at me and hung up on me. Never again. I’m glad this business is going under, they deserve it.

To the young lady at the cash register: You were very kind and considerate, and you deserve better management than what you have. We purchased a small container of gold to paint our clay, but when we got home we found the container was empty. This was a 30 dollar gold container, so it’s no minor expense. We called them to find out what we can do, and the young lady was courteous as usual. The manager then came on the phone and raised his voice at me, saying how we should have checked the bottle and how we are at fault. I tried to speak, and he then hung up on me. So essentially, we are blamed for trusting a company to provide a complete product from their store. As a manager at an office, I am appalled at the way he treats his customers, and this is no isolated incident. My neighbors and friends used to shop there, and he acted the same way with them, kicking them out of the store. We moved shop to another store, and so should you.
