Accent T-Shirts

Just have so much admiration for Haley who is running the show here. We ordered t shirts and we were expecting them to be done in a week but after 4days, they called us and they were ready! Great service!!! The price is very reasonable too. I highly recommend them.

I learned about accent t shirts using Unilocal,so I only felt it appropriate to leave a review! I called the store and spoke with Chade on the phone inquiring about price, time frame and design ideas and she was so helpful! I ended up going into the store a couple days later and placed an order for 7 women’s t shirts, black v necks which we ready for me only one week later! The design was just adorable and the ink color was bright and a cute cursive font. I appreciated the prompt service and their helpful attitude during the process and would use them again!

My experience was a disaster.
I work with a local children’s non-​profit and I needed 20 shirts very fast. I spoke with Chade who was initially very helpful.
I placed the order on Wed. July 1 and I needed them by Tuesday, July 7. She cut me a small price break because we are a charity but with the rush charge the cost came out to $ 10 a shirt. A little expensive for a basic white T with logo on front and back but I needed them by Tuesday so I paid up.
Tuesday arrives with no call from them so I called and ended up speaking with the owner, Lindy. He was completely baffled about the order and told me that he would contact Chade and quickly get back to me. He never apologized that my shirts were not ready nor did he call me back and by the time I called, the shop was closed.
I called first thing Wednesday morning and spoke with Chade who was confused about the status. She said she would call the owner and get back to me. She called back shortly and informed me that the shirts were not printed but they could have them within an hour or by 10:30 am. She never apologized. I specifically gave her my number and she said they would call.
2:00 p.m. rolls around and still no word but, amazingly an email appears letting me know that they lost my number and the t-​shirts were ready (btw, my number is one everyone of the 6 emails I sent them.)
I finally pick up the shirts and was very disappointed with the colors which were close but definitely not our logo colors. By this time I was so disgusted, I just grabbed them and left.
However, this horrific experience was not over. When I got back to the office, I was shocked to find out that they did not give me the sizes I ordered. I ordered 5 mediums, 10 Large and 5xls. The order consisted of a 2 larges and the 18 mediums!
No explanation, no apologies and no attempt to make it right and keep my business.
They just lost our 2000 shirt order which we were going to place to give to our volunteers.
Definitely will not do business with them again.
REVIEW UPDATE:
After reading the review, I received a call from the owner, Lindy who asked for a full explanation of what happened. He apologized profusely and said he would get back to me. Shortly after this, Chade called me to apologize. Class move on her part.
Lindy called me back and wanted to make it «right» which I appreciated. I explained that my need for the shirts was «time» sensitive because we were having a board meeting and wanted to show off our new logo. The board meeting had come and gone.
He offered to make new shirts and I told him that I appreciate the gesture but the meeting was over and our board members have left town. So not necessary. He also offered to refund the 50% of my fee and then later he offered to refund 100%. Somehow, later he went back to 50%. I gladly accepted the 50%.
I appreciated the effort and gesture but sometimes a screw up is a screw up and the consequences are real.
Final resolution:
The next day I get a call that they went ahead and printed new shirts in the right sizes. Appreciated, but not necessary and not sure what to do with them.
Also, they credited my account for 50% of the the order, so a $ 100 credit. Appreciated but seriously? We are a charity. Why not take the high road and eat the entire $ 200?
Anyway, kudos to Lindy for trying to correct a bad situation.

Accent T-​Shirts did an AWESOME job on printing two custom items for me in a short amount of time. I had a small issue with the print alignment on each item and not only did Accent T-​Shirts make immediate corrections, they also shipped both items free of charge to the out of state address where I was staying. I will certainly use Accent T-​Shirts in the future and I would highly recommend them to anyone in search of excellent screen printing!

My experience with Accent Tshirts was fantastic. I was trying to get only two Tshirts printed with my fiancés logo on it as a gift, they treated me like I was ordering 200:). Very professional and great to deal with. Haley seemed to genuinely care that I was happy with the shirts and i was of course.

I received a call from Lindy Williams today, he is the owner of Acccent. It was beyond refreshing to see how concerned he was about my previously negative experience with his company. Lindy was kind enough to explain the reason for the error and went above and beyond to correct it, by sending us our previous order for free, he even upgraded our color choice and offered same day delivery. Thank you for renewing my faith in customer service.

I have been using accent t-​shirts for all my printing for the last four or five years and have also refer to all of my friends and family to them they are 100% satisfied as well as I am thanks for the great job

I had a few problems with my order with Accent Tees. First sending to the wrong address and then a long issue with getting my refund.
However, even after a long period of time, Accent tees did reach out and make sure to fix the issue I had over and above, so I have changed my original one star experience to a three. Since my overall experience wasn’t a good one, but Lindy went over and above to help me fix the issues I had with my order.

Accent a shiny jewel in a sea of forgettable t-​shirt shops around Las Vegas. You will find the staff to be friendly, collaborative and in the end they provide a great product for a great price. If you need shirts, hats or other memorabilia, Accent is the first and only stop you need to make.

After coming off of a horrible t-​shirt ordering with a different company last year, I turned to Dave at Accent T-​Shirts and I’m so glad that I did. We ordered custom logo t-​shirts and hoodies for our youth football team, Dave even created a new design based off of the crazy ideas in my head and everyone loved it!
Definitely a top notch shop to do business with!

This was my first time ever coordinating making and printing t-​shirts, and if I had to do it again, I would definitely go through Accent T-​Shirts!
It was hard finding a business that would take a small order of just 30 garments, but these guys were willing to do it and they did it for a phenomenal price as well. Dave was super friendly over the phone and kept in contact with me via phone and email during the entire process. He was great and super helpful.
We ended up doing a mix of t-​shirts (men’s & women’s sizes) and women’s tank tops, and it was no problem for them. You can bring in your design, email them, or sit down in their shop and work something out. We just wanted text on the front and back, and Dave told me about a website I can go to (
) where I could chose from thousands of fonts to use for our shirts. I just stuck with one from their website. I love that they have a design lab on their website. After tax, the t-​shirts cost about $ 7 each and the tank tops were about $ 9 each.
The garments were ready in about a week from when the order was placed. Everything turned out great and the t-​shirts and tank tops were a huge hit at our graduation bar crawl. Great product and great service!

We had a trivia competition at work and wanted to stand out by getting customize tshirts for our department. We shopped around and nothing was quoted within our budget, since our order was small consisting of only 10 t-​shirts we weren’t being quoted below $ 30 a piece anywhere else. I found the website to this place online. I contacted them for a quote, they immediately emailed me with an irresistible price, submitted my order with less than two weeks before our big event. I was beyond happy with this place my shirts were ready on time and looked amazing. I have already washed my shirt several times and it still looks like new. I highly recommend this place. We will definitely be ordering more customized t-​shirts in the future from this place and recommending them to all my friends and family. Thank you for the great service.

This was our first year creating a family team for the March of Dimes walk here in Las Vegas. I had family and friends walking with us so I thought it would be a fun to have matching t-​shirts for our team.
At first when I called Accent the person I spoke to was short with me. The second time I called the guy (Lindy) was super nice. He explained everything to me and since I know nothing about making t-​shirts it was some extensive explaining, haha. He was patient and super friendly.
We emailed back and forth but my last question went unanswered. Oh well. I just decided to call and place my order. Maybe he just forgot? I called and the person I talked to told me they would most likely be done a couple days before we absolutely needed them.
I called a couple times before the very last day I could pick them up and they seemed annoyed. But I was hoping the first person I talked to would’ve been right and they would be done sooner than last minute. I wish they hadn’t told me they would «probably» be done early if they most likely won’t be.
They ended up being done an hour before they closed the day before I needed them. On time, but not what they made it sound like when I ordered. I understand I wasn’t buying 100 shirts or anything, but I still spent 100 dollars here for 9 white t-​shirts. They made me feel like they were doing me a favor for printing a small quantity of shirts. It was disappointing that they seemed so annoyed with me.
I would use them again because the shirts turned out nicely and when we went to pick them up they were nice. Plus it’s hard to find a place around here that will do a t-​shirt order in quantities less than 25.

I didn’t realize what a complicated task ordering T-​shirts was until it was delegated to me. T-​shirts? How hard could it be?
Really hard, it turns out. There are lots of T-​shirts printers and with the invention of the Interwebz, there are TOO MANY T-​shirt printers. How does one differentiate one from the others? I’ll tell you how. You pick the one that sponsors your local professional hockey team. In comes Accent T-​shirts.
If you’ve ever been to a Las Vegas Wranglers home game, you’ve seen handsome young hockey players smash each other into Accent T-​shirts ads on the boards and – admit it – you’ve danced around like a hyperactive 5-​year-​old hoping that Duke will shoot a T-​shirt your way. An Accent T-​shirt.
I made the call and soon realized I didn’t know what I was doing. Color? Er, what would look good with our logo? You need a bigger logo? Um, this is all I have. You can enlarge it? Oh, good! It went on like that through the many makers of shirts, weights of polos and price ranges of garment-​producing companies. I told Lindy what we wanted and what we were willing to pay for it, and he dug through the catalogs and sorted out the unfamiliar terminology for me.
Two complaints: odd working hours – sometimes, I’d hear from Lindy at 9 in the morning, and sometimes I wouldn’t hear from him until after 5. There was always someone to answer the phone at the office, but if I needed a new quote, I didn’t know when I was going to get it. The other is the billing: you can pick up your shirts or pay for delivery, but delivery was charged separately rather than included on the T-​shirt invoice. Accent didn’t want to overcharge us, but we’d rather have paid a few extra bucks for the convenience.
Overall, the shirts (and embroidered polos) turned out wonderfully and were completed on time, so I have no problem ordering again in the future. Lindy and his team are extremely patient, kind and a pleasure to work with. We can’t wait to wear our shirts to our next office outing!
