We love the show so thought we would stop by I’m so glad we did. We got to meet, get pictures and autographs from all the stars. The tour it’s self was also great if not for the high price would have given 5 stars.

Loved this tour. We got the” in’s” on next season. Loved seeing Wade, Brett, The General and the twins. There was a gentleman that worked at ATM that was very friendly while we waited for the tour. They were all genuine. The tour was exactly what I expected and would do it again. Brett personally «snapped» with all the guest while Wade nursed back pain. Go figure with all that lifting of hugh tanks. Thanks guys…

While we where in Las Vegas this week did a tour of ATM. Brett’s girl friend was our tour guide.
We met in the gift shop. There where about 18 people on the tour with us.
It started with the some of the interior office space where all the design work is being done. We met the person who takes the preliminary sketches by the sales people and he turns them into actually renderings of what the client’s would want or at least getting to the point of what the client wants. This person (I’m sorry that I forgot his name) was remarkable. He free hand draws all the drawings.
Wayde, Brett, The General, Redneck, Chewy, Agnes, Heather, The twins where all there at the shop that Day.
We then went out to the warehouse to look around and meet a few people. We where able to take photos with the twins and Redneck.
The warehouse is pretty big but on TV it seems larger because of the way the show is filmed.
They have lots of cool Parrots they have collected or received.
Lot’s of cool tanks in different stages of production.
Trisha took all our items that we wanted signed and took us back into the office.
We where able to take as many photos with everyone except Wayde and Agnes
Wayde was having a business meeting Agnes was out of the office.
They where all very friendly and answered questions besides posing for Photo’s.
Trisha was a great guide.
I’m so glad to have a show like Tanked that keeps private family issues out of the show.

We love the show Tanked on Animal Planet, so before we moved out of Vegas and back to Orange County, we had to stop in. Trisha was a great tour guide. The shop wasn’t impressive and didn’t have anything going on, and there were no spectacular tanks to see, only a few in the gift shop. At the time we booked the tour, we were encouraged to come early and purchase a shirt or hat for autographs, but when we saw General and Redneck, they were unwilling to give my 11-​year old daughter an autograph on the hat we had purchased; which was disappointing. Overall, my daughter had fun, and it was an experience, but I probably wouldn’t recommend spending money for a tour. Brett nor Wade were there during the tour.

This was our first stop on the VIP Pawn Stars tour. We got to meet The General and he was funny. Merchandise seemed high priced, but… it’s a themed shop so that is to be expected. I enjoyed the experience and so far would recommend.

A guy at the front mugged me and no one greeted us. They were on there phoneno one was really there. I was excited until I got in

Being fans of the show we had to stop by while visiting Vegas. It was neat to see, but nothing phenomenal. We were asked about the tour, it seems everyone that comes in is offered a tour, I don’t know if there are really tour times, or just people are here, wanna pay to meet Wade? We did not go on the tour. We walked around and looked over the fence, there was NOTHING going on, nobody around in the work area.
In the shop there were a lot of tanks for sale and fish, I don’t know much about fish, but they say there is a 24 hour guarantee, with all kinds of requirements, I think if I am paying thousands for a tank and hundreds on fish, they would last more than 24 hours, especially with a service maintaining it.
While we were walking up my wife tripped and almost took out the General. That was a highlight, but we couldn’t get a picture with him or even of him as he bolted inside the office.
We ended up spending a few hundred on shirts for everyone, and they threw in some autographed pictures.

I took my 10 year old there yesterday. I fully anticipated just walking around and looking. I already told my daughter we were not going for the tour because we weren’t there at the tour time (I thought) and the listed price was $ 80.
As soon as we walk in, a guy at the front desk asks if we are there for the tour. I said we were not. He said «I can do both for $ 45» but he’s whispering it. He then whispers to me that the guy behind me «just paid $ 60.» He was telling me what a deal I was getting.
I didn’t want to pay, but my kid loves the show and she was excited. I said ok and go give my credit card. The guy said «cash only.» I didn’t have cash and he tells me to go to the ATM «across the street».
This is a commercial area and nothing is right across the street. And it was 104 degrees out. They can take credit cards for everything else but not the tour? And how fair was this to the guy who paid $ 60?
ALL VERY SHADY. Even if I went the the ATM, we would have missed most of the tour. My kid was very bummed and disappointed.
I gave it one star because it is cool to see that back area. And there was a nice young boy who offered to get my daughter an autograph, but only if we bought something.
The guy didn’t even apologize to my kid and she left in tears. Cried all the way home.

I was in Vegas last week and had the VIP Tour with Trisha ! She is beautiful and amazing! (I’m gay so I’m not trying to hit on her) Due to the fact of an issue in the tankers lives we didn’t get to meet everyone. These bad reviews need to suck it up! Understand they don’t LIVE in the shop. They also have lives outside the show that needs attention. If you are there to have a great time be sure to continue the great time! This past stop I got to meet Brett, see Redneck (didn’t want my head ripped offcan’t wait to finally meet everyone!!! See you next year Trisha!

As I have wanted many times. A great fish tank. Atm answered my question. They built a fantastic tank and promised the fish tanks upkeep. Being as I’m in Las Vegas. I went with their word. A day after I got my fish and aquarium the dish had died. Even with proper feeding and care. They died. After many research options I decided to have another company that I can only legally abrivieate. Called LCA. But anyways Atm would not help me when my fish died. Even after many tried and true methods. They gave me sick fish. How ever my aquarium is now full of living color and has prospered with a new company. Vegas ain’t the way to go. It’s Miami folks.

On recent visit to Vegas stopped here on tour.
Place seemed ok but a little plain.
Not a big fan of show but good to see.

I was in LV for a couple days for work and my number one goal of the trip was to visit ATM. I heard about the VIP tours and so I called ahead and booked myself an appointment for my first day in town. The tour was just absolutely amazing and I got to see some of the actual tanks from the show which blew my mind. My tour guide was just phenomenal and she even let me see the green screen room where they guys from the show do their narration. I even got to meet Agnes which was great. Sadly Brett and Wayde and everyone else was out of town on a job filming so I was bummed I didn’t get to meet them but what can you do right? Anyways, I definitely recommend the behind the scenes tour if you get the chance.

I like watching the show cause I like fish and the cool designs they do. I must say me and my boyfriend where disappointed there really wasn’t a lot of fish. I really kind of was expecting some really cool tanks filled with vibrant colors and other cool stuff like that. Also need to liven up the area and inside. Make it fun exciting that kind of thing. Anyways after looking forward to going there for 2 years was disappointed. Maybe hire someone to help you make it what it should be. Anyways still love what you do and the creative things you guys do.

We did a VIP tour here and I recommend it to anyone that is a fan. Trisha was an awesome tour guide, We toured the factory and offices. We got to meet all the stars and they even took pics with the kids and signed their souvenirs. Truly a class act with 2 thumbs up!

What a way to end the summer. My kids wanted to come to this place before they headed back to LA. We go to Vegas a lot but we don’t always have time to do other things like visiting ATM. However this year it was different ;we had extra time. We came here and our mission was accomplished. We met Brett and he was really nice! Thanks For the awesome time !!!

My niece and nephew loved the show TANKED. So my brother and sister in law and husband all stopped by here. They have some really cool tanks in there (obviously) but its cool to see them up close and personal. They have bunch of cool fish… some crazy expensive ones. They also have parrots there that say hello. :) super cute.
When we walked in we were greeted by the friendly staff and their pig which was super cute! The guys were filming int he green room so we were asked to stay quite which was fine.

I am rating the retail store only.
I am a huge fan of the show and maybe had higher expectations when planning to get away from my group to check put the retail store.
It was a total disappointment. Almost nothing in the store. No tanks filled with fish for sale. Just a dusty little place with a couple hats and shirts. Old custom tanks from the shows are there empty except the hot rod.
No one greeted us. No one acknowledged us at all. Really I have no idea why it’s even there. Total waste of time and money in can fees to get there and back.

Went on a recent trip to Vegas. Found the place in the pouring rain. Was excited to see the place. Walked into a small, unexciting retail «store» that was just an area of the warehouse that has been fenced off with chain link. Its has 20 or so fish and a few tanks/​accessories along with some dusty apparel.
Overall, I was disappointed, but still a fan of the show.

«Tanked» as seen on animal planet!!! and we got to meet Wayne and one of his business partners. we actually came here on a fluke hoping we could just see the office, but it turned out to be perfect timing. as we had shown up a tour bus showed up as well. so we just pretended to be with the tour. Wayne King was really friendly and took pictures and signed autographs. I was more excited to see all the exotic fish they had since this not only there manufacturing company but they also do sell beautiful exotic fish. We took a picture of them right in front of the backdrop they use for their show interviews and even thou the MAIN building area of tanks was closed off, we where able to see Redneck’s work station and the birds. overall a very fun experience. I look forward to going back to have Wayne King sign one of the pictures he took with us and to take more pictures of the School Bus Fish Tank parked right in front of the main office entrance.

Like a large percent of people, I came in here because I’m a fan of the «Tanked» TV show on Animal Planet.
I only recently started watching the show a few months ago, but became a fan right away and figured it would be cool to stop by and check out ATM since I’m out here in Vegas. It was about 4pm, and I walked the main door trying to find out how to go about going on a Tour of the Facility though no one was sitting at the front desk… and I was hoping to meet the General.
I then walked over next door to the ATM store and was immediately greeted by one of Wayde’s Tabby cats who was laying down on the counter just relaxing. There was a sight seeing tour inside and a large group of people were gathering around Wayde and his wife Heather to take pictures. My girlfriend walked in shortly after and we too took a few snapshots with them. I spoke with the Kings for a few minutes and they were really down to earth people (tried to figure out a fish pun here). As were were chatting I could hear his Macaws in the back and I asked if it was okay to see the Birds. He said there was a little hallway in the back where you could see them, but we were not allowed in the back as they were filming an Episode of Tanked. The Birds were cool, and my girlfriend pointed out a cubicle in the back that had a bunch of Robbie Redneck’s stuff.
