Dr. Schreiber is an amazing doctor! I was recommended to him through my regular physician, who spoke highly of him due to his long tenure (over 30 years) in Vegas. Embarrassingly, I have had acne throughout since my teenage years through my adult life. Treatments I had in the past worked alright, but none of my doctors really articulated a good plan for me until I went to Dr. S. He was extremely diligent and delicate about prescribing me medication that would not conflict with medication I was already taking for anxiety. I’ve only been taking the medication for a short period of time, but I already seen the effects. Can’t thank you enough, Doc.

Doctor Schreiber is the best dermatologist I have ever been to! I have had eczema for 14 years and was brushed off until I met Dr. Schreiber. He is a compassionate and genuine physician. At the end of each appointment, he asks if I am left with any questions to make sure I am satisfied and understand exactly what my treatment plan is as well as the most cost effective way to get my medications. His bedside manners alone deserve a ¹⁰⁄₅! I have also noticed how incredibly humble he is, which I sincerely appreciate (as it is a rare characteristic amongst doctors these days).

I have been seeing Dr. Schreiber for a few years now and he is FANTASTIC!!! He and his staff are personable and take the time to hear about my concerns every single time I visit, which is something not a lot of doctors do these days. Also, if you only speak spanish. Dermatologist Saul E. Schreiber has being treating me for keloids and I’m am very satisfied with the results so far. My keloid scars are less noticeable after I started treatment at this office. His staff is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Advanced Dermatology.

It was a true pleasure going to a doctor who I felt truly cared about his patient.

One of the best dermatologists that I’ve been to. Dr. Schreiber takes the time to sit down and listen to my concerns. This is one of the only places where you’ll actually see the doctor and not a mid-​level practitioner. Dr. Schreiber even gave his personal number in case I had any concerns. I highly recommend him.

I LOVE ADVANCED DERMATOLOGY!
I’ve been a patient of Advanced Dermatology for about ten years now. Dr. Schreiber and his staff are UH-​mazing and ultra-​accommodating. There’s nearly zero turnover, so I don’t have to reintroduce myself or explain my condition (I have EXTENSIVE alopecia aereata) with each phone call or visit.
I’m currently a cash patient. But even when I had premium health insurance, my treatment was considered cosmetic (for insurance billing purposes) and therefore not covered. In consideration of this, Dr. Schreiber has only ever charged me the cost of the office visit but NOT for the cost of treatment medication itself. In addition to that, I’m regularly «gifted» FREE office visits! Other dermatologists typically charge onward of $ 495 for similar treatment and definitely would not be «gifting» anything.
Dr. Schreiber and his staff are the reason I yet haven’t had to resort to the use of wigs. I am grateful to him and his staff for their help in maintaining hair on my head. I just don’t know what I’ll do once he decides to retire!
I was first introduced to Dr. Schreiber via a referral from a coworker’s sister all those many years ago. In turn, I do the same. While I can’t guarantee you’ll get as great a deal as mine, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Schreiber and his staff for any dermatological issues you may be experiencing.

Hour and half in the waiting room, with an appointment, rude, spent all of 2 minutes with the Dr. In a nutshell, called me stupid. 1+1 does equal 2, but I didn’t go to school for skin conditions, why else would I be sitting in his office? There’s no denying I don’t know what is wrong with my skin or potential causes, if I did then, he would be out of a job.
Just rude, no bedside manner at all, after waiting an hour and a half he sat down, didn’t really even look at my skin, just said this is what you have I’ll give you this and left. Didn’t answer any questions– you would think I sat there for an hour and a half he had to have been spending a considerable amount of time with other patients but couldn’t afford me the same decency.
If you like to wait a long time to be seen, be brushed to the side, and enjoy abrupt treatment this is definitely your guy.

I’m not here to fling mud but this place is just bad, very poorly run and quite frankly, dismal. It would be my guess that they don’t take care of their employees because it flows over into the waiting room where believe me, you will spend a great deal of time. Answers you will not get and the same goes for attention, you will be very much ignored. I shall end this now, please go elsewhere, anywhere, your welcome.

EDIT: The first time I went to this place, I felt as though my problems weren’t adequately dealt with and my treatment was unsatisfactory. However, after this first meeting, the staff was commendable in their openness to listen to me, their humble addressing of my criticisms, and their willingness to adapt to my needs. I’m now a satisfied patient and am impressed with this company’s effort to please and improve their patients’ lives. :-)

Came here about 5 years ago when I was at the peak of my severe cystic acne at 15 yrs old. The office was friendly and Dr. Schreiber was funny and not intimidating at all. It was my first time at a dermatologist. He basically diagnosed me and was honest about trying different medications and topical creams until the right treatment was found for me. In about a year I found what that was and my skin was clear. It might seem long but in that time my acne reduced so much and by the year all I had was some light acne scars. After another year I left because of my insurance and the distance of the office. After a year with no dermatologist my acne came back, not as bad but it was still sever cystic acne. I searched for another dermatologist in my area. They put me on medication and topicals but after months I still had some acne and they were trying to have me do injections, microdermabrasion, extractions. The whole shibang! I was tired of still dealing with cystic pimples, maybe 3 – 5 at a time at all times. It was wayyyyy better than before but they were still horrible and huge. Let’s say I don’t have a dermatologist anymore and even though Advanced Dermatology is far for me I am looking to go back because the service was great and everything was simple with results.

Came in because I was switching dermatologists after moving across town and Dr. Schreiber came highly recommended. I mentioned my chronic acne I’d been dealing with for years and what the other physician did and how much it helped/didn’t help. He was super down to earth and talked to me about sun exposure with what he was about to prescribe me and so forth. He got me set up with a topical and an oral medication, which my previous dermatologist wouldn’t do. It’s been a few weeks and what do you know, my problem areas are looking beautiful!!! I was in and out of that office in 20 minutes.

Came here for biopsy and routine head to toe. I was surprised and also sort of relieved to find that he also trains medical students at his clinic! I think this means he’s on his game with current medicine. Some of the students evaluated me and before I knew it I was already being injected with a numbing agent under mole. The students were very knowledgeable and they told me what kind of mole it was and how they know if it’s benign or not.
Dr. Schreiber came in and performed the procedure quickly and moved on to the head to toe exam. He joked around some and we talked a little. He also recommended some change in lifestyles as I’m pretty fair skinned.
Not sure what all the fuss was about in some of these other reviews. The doctor is usually the one that prescribes the treatment, not the patient.

Came in and saw Dr Schreiber, he helped my brother with his long going acne problem, which he helped resolved. He was also really funny. He has excellent bedside manner and is very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend. 5 stars!

I took my daughter here to have her acne looked at. It was our first time at a dermatology office. I was pleasantly surprised with the staff and the doctor, he seems to know what he’s doing. I would def recommend this office to anyone who is hesitant about seeing a skin doctor, it’s a really friendly office that puts you at ease.

I was in visiting and developed a really bad infection on my left cheek that grew to the size of a tennis ball. I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to go to the ER or here and opted to just show up since it was closer. I was lucky that they were able to squeeze me in. The Dr saw me with some medical students whom stood back and observed. He looked at me and told me that what I had was out of the scope of his practice and referred his associate who was a head and neck surgeon. They took the initiative to set up my appointment with him for me on the same day.
I’m writing this review not because I received any exceptional care from this Dr, but because I was really happy with the service and integrity of his office. I felt that they really cared about making sure that I would receive the appropriate treatment. They even refunded me for the consultation fee, but I promised that I would return in a few weeks for them to look at my acne.

Dr Schreiber gets you results, simple as that. Highly recommended.

I have been a patient for over 10 years. I have suffered from hair loss and excess facial moles. Dr Schreiber has treated both conditions and has educated me during the process.
I keep coming back for treatment because he is best in the business. If you want the best care and to be educated in the process this is the place. Try it you will love it.

I have been a patient of Dr Shreiber for many years. He is an excellent dermatologist, has a wonderful approach and gives the patient the time needed.
His office is bilingual and his staff is friendly and considerate. Generally, his appointments are on time but, should one have to wait it is well worth it

This is probably the second to last dermatologist on your list of doctors to see. This is a long delayed review, but I had out my experiences in the back of my mind until we met a strange character, Dr. Saul from AD at a Unilocal event earlier this month.
The last time I saw Dr. Schreiber was over a year ago when I went to him for a reoccurring rash I had on my stomach (which would spread to other parts of my body). I sat waited in the office for 30 – 40 minutes with an appointment made the week prior, then waited for the doctor for about 20 minutes as I dressed into the paper coverings I was left. Dr. Schreiber came in, told me that the rash was due to metal contact from the button in jeans with my skin and wrote me a script for medication used to treat scabies and psoriasis without any real direction other than to apply the cream and lotion twice daily. I filled the prescriptions, and the medication was messy so application wasn’t really clean cut. The medication didn’t work, but I was too turned off by my first experience to come back to this office.
After some research, I was able to come up with my own prediction– I may have been intolerant of an iron supplement added to a medication I was taking. I had the prescription changed and like magic, the rash cleared up completely within a few months. I would have preferred had he offered an allergy test or biopsy of some sort to conclude a diagnosis, but I guess he didn’t have the time.
I would compare a visit to this office to a visit to your local UMC Quick Care. There’s very little compassion from the front desk for their long wait times, and the doctor makes a quick diagnosis with no follow-​up what-​so-​ever. Maybe in some cases, his diagnosis is correct and his treatment works. In my case, it did not but thankfully I am now able to manage my skin condition.
