From the first call I had with Travis I knew his company was going to be my decision. He was friendly, honest and easy to understand. I had several questions over the course of our 3 week interaction, including changing the install time. He always was responsive, helpful and right on the dot of every element. His team, the measure guy, Gomez and the carpenters and carpet installers were all timely, professional and skilled. We are so happy with our experience, we are going back to him for a tile project in the bathroom next month. 5 STARS all the way!

Had the entire flooring of our 3,000 sq foot home replaced. Downstairs tile and upstairs carpet and tile. Affordable Flooring was awesome. During the whole process the communication from this company was great. Customer service is outstanding. We shopped around numerous companies and Affordable was the best price for the quality of products. Highly recommend!!!

Update: Changed from 1 to 5 star. Travis and company went above and beyond to rectify the situation to my satisfaction. This speaks volumes in a world where customer service is severely lacking. Travis called me the same day and Gomez was out the next morning to complete the job. I can honestly say I would use this company again and recommend them to everyone.
So very disappointed. Tuesday before Christmas expecting many guests… job unfinished by Affordable Flooring. Paid (in my opinion) way too much for one room of carpet ($ 1000)but thought because of the time issue it would be worth it. Extremely poor communication and as stated job unfinished. Workers said they would be back by 4pm today. no call, no show. Called the office, closed until AFTER the holiday. Will be disputing charge on my credit card and would NEVER recommend this business.

Ultimately, they did a great job! The floor looks great and I had them re-​face my fireplace which is now my favorite piece in the whole house! There were a few snafus (wrong tile showed up initially, dryer needed a new vent, floors very hazy and I couldn’t get clean) but, once brought to their attention were corrected very quickly. They completed the job in a timely manner and communicated each day regarding progress. I appreciate their dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend!

My wife and I are expecting and trying to get the nursery together when we discovered that one of our dogs has been using the spare bedrooms as there personal potty rooms. We needed new carpet and fast!
I found affordable flooring through Unilocal and went to the show room, we were in and out of there within 1 hour with carpet, padding and an install date set. We paid ¹⁄₃ the price that was quoted by HD and Lowes.
They came and installed the carpet yesterday and were on time, fast professional and clean!
It was a pleasure doing business with Travis and his associates! I would definitely do business with them again before I go any where else!!!

If you’re thinking of getting any kind of flooring done at big box stores (i.e. HD, Lowes). don’t. Nothing beats a family owned business. Dealing with Lisa and Travis was such a pleasure. They understand your every need and will give you the best deal in town. I needed to recarpet a couple of rooms in the house on a budget and they not only beat all the competitors but also gave a free upgrade on the carpet I wanted. There were no hidden fees and no upselling, just excellent customer service.
They were able to install the new carpet in a couple hours and it looked fantastic! Great work AF.

I had such a great experience with this company. We just love our new floor! I like that there was always someone available to talk to if I had a question or concern. And I have to say that the installers were so considerate and polite. Any future floor work that I have done, I will call them.

Two weeks ago I emailed Travis because I missed the flooring in our coat closet. Eddie and Travis were in contact with me all week trying to schedule the measure. Last Saturday Gustavo came to measure, today was the install. Thankfully it was seamless. The customer service by Travis and staff is impeccable. They came in on a fully booked day and made time. Thank you soooo much!

I was in desperate need for tile flooring in my home from owning 4 dogs. I started the search on Unilocal and came across affordable flooring. They were my first company I got an estimate from, and after four other estimates I decided to go with them. Travis and lisa were amazing to work with. They were very patient with my partner and I through all our changing of tile decisions. I didnt know much about this whole process, but Travis and Lisa made me feel very comfortable from the first phone call to the end. Not only was the price great, but my flooring looks absolutely stunning! Everyone who has seen my new floor has loved it! I’m glad I went with my gut feeling, and hired Affordable Flooring.

I found A. F through Unilocal and can say unequivocally that they did not disappoint. I come from a background in construction management and can say that i have never seen such an amazing job in all my life. From the customer service, tear out, install, finish product and the follow up — literally amazed by every aspect! I am also a first time home owner and i chose to redo my entire house. My house looks absolutely amazing and i wish i knew how to post pictures on here to show it off! bottom line is that if you are on Unilocal looking for flooring and you do not use AF you have lost your mind! this is the only company you need to be doing business with.

We just finished re-​vamping a 3000 sq. house that had not been touched since 1992.
She needed some serious love!
We went into Affordable Flooring to see their showroom, and were immediately greeted by Lisa, one of the owners. OMG, she was amazingly helpful, friendly, and really knowledgable. She took an hour to show us samples, answer a zillion of my annoying questions. She was incredible! Shortly after, he husband Travis came in as well and introduced himself. He was just as nice, and made us feel so comfortable!
After meeting with them, there was NO QUESTION that we wanted to work with them on doing the flooring. And we could not be happier that we made that choice!!!
The service was A+++, the pricing was super competitive, the quality of installation (We did tile, carpet and wood flooring!) was all completely perfect and really fast! They finished 2 days early!
We were so incredibly lucky to have found Affordable Flooring!

This place does excellent work. I found them from reading the reviews on Unilocal so decided to give them a call. Travis the owner and his wife were very nice and a pleasure to work with. From the day Gomez came out to measure our house until the floorers Jose and his brother left our home, they were great to work with. The work was excellent, I can’t speak highly enough about Jose and his brother. I highly recommend this place and will give all my future business to them.

I was so stressed out because I had a 4 day window to move out of my old home and into my new. I needed to count on a contractor to lay tile and carpet throughout my home. I always rested easy with Travis. He promised the job would be done on time and he showed up at my home everyday to follow up and make sure it was on schedule.

After we were quoted way too much for upgraded flooring from the builder for our new home, we decided to get our floors done by a third party after we closed on the house. We went to Affordable Flooring based off everyone’s Unilocal reviews… and I couldn’t thank Unilocal enough for introducing us to this business!
Travis and his wife Lisa greeted us on our first visit there and we immediately felt comfortable. After dealing with so much craziness with our builder to get everything else done, it was refreshing to work with people that were honest and laid back. We decided to do laminate flooring and there were tons of options there. They carry the Mohawk brand which is high quality. Travis let us take as many samples as we wanted on each visit so we could bring it to the house to make sure it would match everything. I think I visited the store at least 5x before settling on the floor!
After we chose the flooring we wanted, Gomez came out to the house to do a quick measure and we got the quote from Travis. Pricing was very fair and was cheaper than Home Depot for a better quality product. Travis and I corresponded through e-​mail and after dealing with our builder who was absolutely terrible with follow up, I really appreciated his quick responses to all my questions.
Jose was the one who installed our flooring. We had roughly 3300sq feet of laminate and it took him about 5 days. The install quality was great and every night after he packed up he made sure all the garbage was gone and that everything was clean. Him and his crew were very nice and we appreciated that he respected us and our home.
There were a few things that needed to be fixed after the install, something that I expected after such a big project. All I had to do was shoot Travis a quick email and Jose came back that weekend to fix what needed to be done. Painless, unlike trying to get other things fixed through the builder!
I wholeheartedly recommend this business to anyone looking for good value, good people, and good quality for flooring!

We were from out of state and our new home had no carpeting and tile only in the kitchen. After reading many Unilocal reviews, I thought that this was the place to handle our carpet and tile needs. I contacted them and set up a time to get the house measured on the day we got the keys in our hands! With only 3 weeks until our move in date, and commuting from out of state, timing was very important!
Gomez was over an hour late to measure, brought no samples. The first email I received had really washed out pictures of the samples. I spoke to Travis and was assured that I would receive much better pics the next day. I waited 2 days, then called to follow up with Travis. I was told that he was not in the office.
By this time, more than a week had gone by from my initial meeting with Gomez. I explained to Lisa, who had answered the phone, that I only had 2 weeks before we and our furniture would be moving in and that I was upset that I had not gotten the promised email.
Lisa then informed that there was no way the carpet could be installed in my timeframe and that I could pay extra to have them shuffle my furniture around instead of working in an empty house.
Thank you Lisa, Travis and Gomez for making us think outside the box and find a terrific local named Mike that made it happen, and with wonderful results!

This was probably the easiest and quickest purchase for my home I’ve had to deal with. The prices are great for the quality. We had carpeting done in hallway and stairs. They showed up when they said they would, installers were very polite. I have no complaints. The best part about it is that they didn’t rush, they took their time so the carpet looked great. I’ve had a bad experience with another carpet place that completely damaged our walls and the carpet was frayed by the walls, these guys didn’t leave one spot of paint scratched or any damage to my walls. I will definitely be calling them for future projects for my home.

Found Affordable Flooring through Unilocal.I contacted 3 companies originally for quotes. The first company never called me back. The second company (Empire) seemed sketchy. Affordable Flooring was who we went with.
I scheduled an in home estimate first. The gentleman came out on time, was professional, and very quick. He didn’t have all of the carpet samples with him however, so he provided a general estimate via email, and advised me to go in to the showroom to look at their selection.
Later that day I trekked down to the business, and they were closed. Keep in mind, they close at 4 (I expected it to be 5, oops). I went back the next day.
I was greeted by a very nice lady, who took me back into the showroom. They have tons of carpet! I explained what I was looking for, and she pulled out several samples in my budget range. We went through them, and I found one that we decided to go with. They gave me an accurate timeline on ordering, did a 50% down payment option, and set it up.
The carpet installation looks great. They even upgraded the padding for us since we had mentioned we are miltary. Very nice carpet for the price we paid.
We will be keeping, these guys in mind for our next install!

I love my new floors. I had Epic porcelain tile installed on my main floor. The team worked very hard from 8:30 am to 7pm, installed about 860 sq feet of tile & completed the job in 3 days as promised. I am very satisfied & happy with the quality of the product & the installation. I shopped around 6 places & the others were way over priced. Some had the same porcelain tile but charged about $ 15.99 per sq feet for the product & installation. Affordable flooring met my expectations with the products they offer & quality of work. Travis the owner was very friendly & personable. Highly recommended you use them!!!

We use Unilocal quite a bit to make decisions on which companies to go with. If I could rate it higher than 5 stars I would. We worked with Travis and Lisa at the store. They were extremely polite and really took the time to understand our needs and our budget. We moved here from out of state and relied heavily on their expertise to guide us along the way. They treated us like family. We needed laminate and tile for the entire home and even though they didn’t have our exact laminate in stock, they were helpful enough to order it online for us as they knew exactly what accessories to order along with it.
We met with Gomez, Jose, and a few other installers. They too were very professional and on time. We had a problem with the poor quality paint our builder did on the baseboards and Travis stepped in with a solution. We had stored the baseboards outside but rain was expected so I called Travis who sent Gomez right over. He was here in 20 minutes. Talk about service! On the day of laminate delivery, Travis sent his guys to our house and they carried the 4200 lbs of laminate for us from the street where the shipping company had dropped it off. The installers did a quality job and treated our home as if it were their own. We are actually a little sad they have completed the job because we won’t see them unless there is a future concern.
Lisa knew we had some frustrations along the way with other vendors and it was almost Christmas. One vendor we chose did not deliver so Lisa had the additional materials over-​nighted at no additional cost to us. She also surprised us with a little Christmas gift!
My parents are moving here in April 2015 and I have no reservations on referring them to Affordable Flooring. They take great pride in their business and go out of their way to make sure things are taken care of properly.
I could go on but I’ll end up losing readers. It would be a disservice for me not to write about my awesome experience. Thank you Affordable Flooring!
