Established in 2015.

Alex founded her company, Inspire & Create: Coaching & Consulting, after 15 years as a corporate research professional, five of which as a partner in a prestigious Washington, D.C. firm. Although there were many aspects of her prior career that she enjoyed, she also knew something was missing.

As she embarked on her own journey of personal development, Alex realized the reason she felt stuck and frustrated was because she needed her life to be one she loved living, instead of a life she thought she should be living.

As Alex developed her learning, she understood her calling was to assist other people in navigating their life journey. She combines her love of truly connecting with people on a meaningful level with her corporate background to provide a safe, nurturing, and productive environment for her clients.
