Luis is by far the most honest individual who also has a work ethic that is almost unheard of these days. This year He even came out in a Sunday to perform maintenance on our air/​heating system.
In addition, his fee is the most reasonable I have run into. We had other services out a few years ago and what they said was wrong and what it would cost was outlandish. So I called All Around Heating & Cooling for a third opinion. None of those supposed problems were as urgent or as real as I was told and it is now three years later.

Found this company through Angies list. I have rental home in Vegas and last year my tenent calls me a states the AC isnt working. I called company and they promptly came the next day and put in an entire new unit and never once tried to up sell me even though Im 500 miles away. Very pleased with this company and will use again.
*Update* Just this week my new tenents turned on the house heat and nothing happened. I called louis to see if perhaps his putting in a new AC last year had anything to do with the thermostat and a none working heater? Louis very promptly came out in less than 12 hours and discovered that the gas had been turned off by the property management co. before my new tenents had moved in. A quick turn of a knob and heater works. I was informed that this service call was on the house (free). Customer service like this is really rare now days.

Had my old water heater went out and I decided to look around and found this company. So I called to get an estimate to see how much it will cost to get a new water heater installed. The price was reasonable and he (owner/​operator) came on time and was very polite. Within 45mins or so he had installed my new water heater and showed me how to use it. Very professional in what he does. Yeah I would recommend him and will use him if I ever need my AC fixed in the future.

I was looking for someone to look at my a/​c before Saturday so i could have friends over and watch the fight and not have to worry about the house getting warm so I gave them a call and was able to get it looked at. Turns out that my a/​c was old and wasn’t running properly, It’s the perfect time to get a new one just in time for the fight. I was satisfied with the service he provided and how he explain what he was doing and answered all the questions. Now I can enjoy the fight on Saturday. Awesome service and highly recommend it

Just started getting hot and what do you know my AC broke. I called a few places who were booked for two days so I looked on Angie’s list and found All Around Heating and Cooling. They said they had an opening that evening guy showed up he replaced the outside part of my AC. Quick easy no bs. Quick (like an hour and a half total after he picked up compressor/​comdenser thing?)painless fair price IMOP and with a warranty. No wait and I can sleep again. Highly recommended!

Unusual levels of unprofessionalism, incompetence, and theft (money spent for the job not done)!
The owner of the company said drywall repairs were too small for him and referred us to an employee. The employee was unavailable for many weeks. The employee delayed the appointment numerous times even after he was «available». He was told to fix cracks in the drywall first, then some holes. He didn’t do the important repair and failed to properly repair the holes in the drywall. The repair job was done poorly so that the holes reappeared. He also did work that was not asked for.
I contacted the contractor who assigned someone new to the job. The 2^nd person arrived an hour late after I had driven an hour to meet him and I had to demand that he show up as scheduled. He quoted a finish date, but never did any work. He responded back after the scheduled completion date that the first employee was supposed to finish the job, even though I asked that the previous employee did not finish the job.
I hired another company to do the job. All-​Around Heating & Cooling did not reimburse me for the cost of the poor repairs nor did they ever correct their mistakes. They are not responding to calls, emails, or text messages at this point.

I saw the Questionable Review and wondered why Just One and was it from a Competitor? So — since I’m a Member of Angie’s List also — I looked there. Where there are Hundreds Of reviews of this company by actual Consumers. The Vast Majority of Reviews were «A’s“s. So I wanted to try this company out for an A/​C Tune UP. The Price was Excellent — the response time was excellent (even though the Owner/​Operator was just out of the Hospital when he was hit in an Auto Accident). He performed the Service — Never attempted to Up Sell me — and even did some extra things at no Additional Charge. I will definitely call him Again if I have any A/​C problems. (Hopefully Not!)

6 months ago I called this company over to look at my water heater. I ended up having to replace my water heater. The job was done the same day and the price was the lowest out of all the estimates I had received. Just last month I had to call the company back out because the water heater had stopped working. End up all it was was ye pilot light was off. The gentlemen came out at his soonest and just turned it back on and didn’t even charge for his trip. He was very understanding and I would recommend this company.

I received services one year ago from this company, price was good, response time was fantastic. Not to mention that my air conditioning issues were fixed. Shy of one year, I experienced a problem with my upstairs unit. I called the owner back to see if he could make time to come back out, to see what my problem was, being that I still had the receipt for services not quite the year before. Unfortunately, he made promises to call me back, to schedule a time, was very defensive saying that «if the problem had anything at all to do with his work» then yes, he would repair it, etc. I «never» received a call back from him, advising of his plan to come back out to my home to even take a look at my air conditioning unit. One year later, not only is my upstairs unit not working, but again, my downstairs unit as well. Back to square one. Obviously, this company does NOT stand by their product or reputation AFTER they’ve received your money and seem to either use parts that are not as brand new as they say they are, or simply repair for the short term. I am extremely disappointed that initially, I received NO interest nor response from this company, regarding coming out to even LOOK at work that very well could’ve been faulty on his part. Having both of my units break down again within one year of service… I am not too happy to either recommend and will certainly NEVER use this service again.
