Melissa C.

Business Owner

Alluven’s founder and principal is Melissa R. Clary. Ms. Clary brings more than 12 years of private and public sector experience to the firm.

Currently, Ms. Clary supports 33 hospitals and clinics in Region 1 for the Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Information & Technology. In 2010 Ms. Clary managed an information technologies portfolio of $ 122 million in assets for the United States Agency for International Development in Washington, D.C. From 2005 to 2010, she sponsored the beautiful parks, trails, and recreation campuses the public enjoys in the Las Vegas Valley with her management of more than $ 100 million in capital improvement projects on behalf of the city of Las Vegas.

Ms. Clary is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute. She earned a master’s of public administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in addition to performing doctoral coursework and authoring published material in public affairs.
