First and foremost an artist, Roe chose to specialize in tattoo removal and permanent makeup (also called micro pigmentation), using only the most organic ingredients to give her clients a fresh, natural look. She prides herself on her lengthy experience, state-​of-​the-​art techniques, color artistry, and good judgment.

I was afraid to get permanent makeup … but I really wanted to have my eyebrows done. I found a Groupon and called. The angels were watching over me that day because it’s how I met Roe. She took the time to fully explain the procedure to me and calmed me down. My eyebrows turned out beautifully! I highly recommend Roe. Her work area is clean and she pays special attention when she teaches you how to care for your new permanent make-​up. I loved dealing with her also because of her friendly and up-​beat personality. She was enjoyable to talk to while she worked. She’s earned me as as a customer for life.

I was a little hesitant to start the process of permanent makeup, worried that if the results aren’t «perfect» i would regret it for the rest of my life. I went to see Roe for my consultation, after seeing examples of her work I decided to just do it. I am SOOOO happy. It is such a pleasure to be able to cut an extra twenty minutes out of my morning routine to not have to «put on» my eyebrows and liner. She talked me through the whole procedure and i never felt more at ease. Thank you so much Roe.

I had heard about CIT and wanted to try it, but was scared of the pain. My friends finally convinced me to give it a try and I couldn’t be happier. Roe quickly put me at ease explaining everything before during and after. The results are great! My husband says I look 10 years younger. I am totally hooked! I have had the best experience and results with CIT. Roe Fuller is very professional and knowledgable. Roe also made me feel very comfortable about doing CIT. I’m in my forties and had many sun spot and noticed my skin aging, after my first treatment coworkers and friends noticed right away. I get compliments on my skin a lot now. I’m really glad I did it! Roe is awesome! I highly recommend!
