If this could have zero stars it would. After upping the security deposit in the beginning and us agreeing to this our property manager never bothered to even show up for the lease signing. Another agent sign the lease with us and told us we would receive things like a military clause and new locks. The actual property manager said that this is not a thing they were doing. We should’ve known from the get-​go. They ended up upping the rent when we told them that we had orders but that we needed the house for another six months which we were desperate again so we agreed to. They charged us an extra amount monthly. They take complete advantage of servicemembers. They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. The property manager never walked the property before we moved in and then tried to pin things on us during the moveout walk-​through. We left the property in better condition than when we moved in. They mentioned a couple of things in the notes and we signed. After signing they explained to us that there were many things wrong and they were going to fix the things in order to rent the property and that we would be charged. This is on top of another extra fee to show the house because they were graciously letting us out of our lease with no penalties. While I am pretty sure that this violates SCRA, we didn’t have time and they took advantage of this. When we were reminded them that we signed a piece of paper during the walk-​through and that none of those items were mentioned we were blown off. Terrible management company and agents. Beware. Awful owners as well. Do not be desperate enough to rent from them. We are out thousands of dollars.
