Wow, same day service! Unbelievable needed my mitt by Sunday and he restrung in 20 minutes

This is a small, family owned operation. They usually setup a booth at local sporting events where they will restring a softball glove while you wait. The process takes about an hour, and they do an excellent job.
They also perform more substantial repairs on gloves you leave with, or send to them. I left a glove after a game in September for a complete rebuild. The cost was substantial, and the glove was promised back to me in a week or two. I ultimately did get the repaired glove back after 2 and a half months, but only after I initiated a credit card dispute with the bank. During this time they were barely reachable by email, and when they did respond it was always something like «It’s on my bench and will be done by Friday». I was without the glove for the entire fall softball season as well as two weekend tournaments.
The bottom line is, if you need a glove restrung while you wait, they’re fine. But I wouldn’t leave anything with them again.
