Andrew Oshiro is a board certified pediatrician and a fellow of the Americdan Academy of Pediatrics. He works with Dr. Vicki Hom and PNP Cerdan who are also board certified. We are accepting new patients. We provide newborn care, well checks, circumcisions, and shots. We make sure that we always have same day appointment slots available.

We are credentialed with almost all insurances. We offer a cash pay discount for patients without insurance if you pay at the time of service:

History

Established in 1996.

Andrew Oshiro, MD FAAP started Oshiro Pediatrics in December 2000. From 1996 – 2000 he was the only pediatrician at Premier Family Medical Center which was on property at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas. Vicki Hom, MD FAAP joined the practice in mid 2001. She is married to Dr. Oshiro. She had previously worked at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas as a pediatrician from 1996 – 1999. She also worked at Prem Pediatrics in Las Vegas from 1999 – 2001. They are both board certified and fellows with the American Academy of pediatrics. Noelle Cerdan, CPNP is a board certified pediatric nurse practitioner. A pediatric nurse practitioner specializes in pediatrics as opposed to a physician’s assistant (PA) or a family nurse practitioner. She joined Oshiro Pediatrics in 2009. She completed both her Bachelor’s degree in nursing and her Masters of Science in Nursing at the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV). She has worked at Sunrise Hospital and St. Rose/​San Martin as an RN.

Business Owner

Andrew Oshiro, MD FAAP graduated from Stanford University with his undergraduate degree in Biology. He went to medical school at Tufts University in Boston. He did his pediatric residency at LSU New Orleans. He is board certified in pediatrics and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He has been practicing pediatrics in Las Vegas since 1996.

He is married to the other pediatrician in the practice-​Vicki Hom. They have two children aged 15 and 10 years old.
