Easily the worst customer service I have ever experienced. These clowns charge me and then tell me that there’s no record of me in the system. There’s virtually no way to reach a person, never mind the right one, in a timely manner.

Worst customer service ever.
Canceled my insurance then transferred me 3 times and no one could help me log into my account or advise me about new plans. NEVER USING THEM AGAIN!!!

For Insurance I don’t think it gets better than Anthem BCBS. I’ve been a fan for a long time and haven’t had any INS issues. You get what you pay for and as long as you know how to use your insurance the correct way then you shouldn’t have a problem.
