History
Established in 1998.
Originally called The Truffle Market, we began importing truffles from Europe and supplying home gourmets via our website. In 2004 we began supplying the Las Vegas Strip with high end specialty foods and changed our name to Artisanal Foods to better reflect the diversity of our collection. In our Market we offer a curated collection of approximately 800 ingredients, produced by artisans perfecting their craft. We are now excited to host a Café within our Market, where we can introduce new ingredients. Additionally, we offer catering for any size event from boxed lunches to fine dining.
