Worst inspection ever! We have lived in our «new home» for less than two weeks and all the cabinet doors and closet doors are falling off because of false screw heads. No hot water in the master bathroom. Ceiling fans still broken when they were supposed to be fixed. Garage door is almost falling off the hinge when opened. None of the smoke detectors were replaced like they promised! And will cost us double that now in handy man fees. They inspected nothing and cost us 400 $ and they inspected nothing and obviously have a false report! Do not let this company or Robin the actual inspector look over your house, as that’s what exactly they do“look over your house”! Nothing was inspected and I can’t wait to see what the next few months will show what is wrong as well as the things he «said» he inspected!

Associated Inspectors did a great job on my home inspection. They were punctual, friendly, helpful, and incredibly thorough. The report they provided had great information, helpful photos, and was easy to read. I would recommend their services to anyone who requires a home inspection. In addition to the home inspection, they also provided an inspection my pool and spa.
