What a great service to have them come right to my front door. They emptied my boxes and shredded in front of me. I had to reschedule 4 times due to work and Vanda my Sales Rep was very understanding and patient with me. She even called to make sure I was pleased with the service. Well worth the money and my time not to have to haul my boxes somewhere. Will absolutely use them again!

Didn’t really need the on site service so I boxed up what I needed shredded and drove to the location. The office staff was extremely courteous and knowledgeable and reminded me about the on-​line ²⁄₁ deal. The only hiccup was that I didn’t get an email quote when I submitted the info on the website. I got a phone call in the morning when I tried again.
Dropped the stuff off, went through the process, paid and left. Seamless and exactly what I needed. Not sure what the rates normally are, but I felt $ 21 for (4) loaded copy paper boxes was reasonable considered how long it would take me to shred and dispose of. The extra $ 1 was for using the debit card. Would use them again.

After calling around to have someone come and shred our company old files, I found out that the price here is pretty good… for a reason. I called and scheduled a day for them to come out a week in advance & was told someone would call me that morning to give me a widow of a time frame. That morning came & went and I had to email them to find out if someone was going to call me, only to get a phone call back that was of no use; I was told that they didn’t know and someone would call me back but it would be that afternoon. No one ever called or came by. I emailed again and called the next morning and was told that they couldn’t come out until the end of the week. At this point, seeing how they can’t even bother trying to be on the ball with a NEW client, I can’t imagine how they are with established ones. I can tell that this will be a company that I will have to keep calling and following up with if I were to have a scheduled day, and I just don’t have the time to do that so I’d much rather take my business elsewhere.

Needed some serious shredding done for my father in law in Las Vegas and found these guys on line. I submitted a number of requests for quotes to other sites only to get a follow up email with a phone number I had to call. Thanks for nothing. Assured was the ONLY one to actually send me not only rates but a detailed breakdown of the different services offered and how they work. The rates were very fair, they arrived on time as everything was taken away as promised. Vanda was awesome at getting everything scheduled. If I ever needed shredding services again, I would call them first.

One of my clients referred this place to us to have documents at storage shredded. After making an appointment last week, we called to confirm last night (which should be their job) and were told that everything was set for 8:30 a.m. The owner went to meet them there and they didn’t show up. They rescheduled for noon at a «discounted rate.» Again, they didn’t show up and tried to reschedule for 1:30. What kind of shitty business practice is that?!
