Great experience over all, really friendly associates. Everyone was really helpful in helping me get into a car that I was able to afford. I ended up financing a car through them. If looking for a car this is the place to go!

Regrettably I did not buy my car from them but let me state they are extremely honest and ethical this dealer is. I went with a Mazda 6 instead and greatly regret not going Honda and working with this dealer. Please give them the first chance, they are ethical on a level I have never seen in the automobile business.
I will continue to have all my 2007 civic repairs performed here. Please trust me they are the best.

Auto nation Honda east top notch operation. I have purchased a lot of new cars in my day and I would have to say they rank at the top of the list. Starting with the internet salesman Doug Saxon very professional from start to finish. It was a joy to due business with this dealership. And even AFTER the sale Doug has called to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and if there was any question I had to call him anytime. Would definitely recommend autonation Honda east to any one looking to purchase a Honda.

What a great car buying experience. No pressure but a really good deal. They took my trade while it was being serviced at Nissan and they didn’t see it at there dealership. They got the info from the Nissan service writer about my trade and then we were able to make a deal.
The manager Louise and the salesman Marlo were fantastic. Louise had most of the paperwork completed before I had arrived at the store to buy my car. She said come down and I have the numbers ready for a deal, we had emailed each other a few times and talked a few before I drove down. I needed a little more for my trade in and she was able to make that happen .
Marlo had showed my how so many of the cars features worked and he synched my phone to the Bluetooth before I was ready to leave .
I also received a great finance rate.
Best car buying experience I ever had

I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. From Aaron the manager, Troy my car salesman, and Alex the finance man. It was no pressure, no feeling like I’m being forced into a car I didn’t want etc. I love my new Honda, so I’ll keep it a long time. But when the time comes — I’ll be back to get another from this dealership.

In a state far, far away called Arizona, I had the power steering on my Honda replaced. Two days later, on my journey to Las Vegas, my steering stiffened due to a poor replacement part. I had nowhere to turn (literally) so I called Las Vegas’ own Autonation Honda for some assistance. Leon answered the phone and told me to come right in and he would happily look at it. He was one of the few employees left for the night but more than willingly assisted me. Leon diagnosed the problem quickly and clearly showed me what was going on. He gave me advice on what to do and how to make it home safely. Leon went above and beyond to assist me! I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone! Great service. Thanks Leon! Car shopping can be a painful, time-​consuming process. It can also be frustrating when dealers try to shove a car in your face. This was not the case with Autonation Honda, and most importantly, with the help of Doug Saxton. Doug and Co. really took the time to listen to what I was looking for. He spent a great deal of time showing me the incredible features of my new vehicle before and after the final purchase. One of the highlights of this year was driving off the lot with my brand new, redesigned 2016 Honda Civic!

I received a coupon in my mail for an oil change so I decided to give them a try. I’m so happy I did! I had been going to Firestone and Jiffy Lube previously, each time it ends up being $ 60 bc they said my car only takes synthetic oil… Well obviously they were ripping me off!
I went to Honda Saturday morning and they said it would be a 1.5 hour wait bc they were pretty busy, but they called me a half hour later. The outside of my car was washed, they did a free check, also since it was my first time there they rotated my tires for free, all on top of the oil change. The staff was friendly and enjoyable to work with. In all it was $ 21.95 with the coupon. I’m forever going back!

Just bought a 2013 Honda from Carlos (sales) and Kenny (manager). They were great and made it painless. Carlos was very knowledgable and not pushy at all. Best car buying experience I’ve had!

SCAM ALERT — WARNING!!!
We had unfortunate luck of car trouble while on a road trip vacation, proving that not all your luck can be brought to the tables or slots in Las Vegas. In fact, we found out you could get your (backside) handed to you without even stepping foot in a casino.
Our misfortune got 100x worse after our tow to Auto Nation East Honda. After dropping the vehicle off and basically begging for help in the matter, a later phone update was taken where I was lied to and played for a fool. My «advisor» called to tell me not only was an alternator nowhere in town, the closest one was actually out of state. This fix would take $ 800 (est) and two days to resolve, so we were to eat this and be stuck out of town and stranded I guess. What a crock… I can imagine the average Honda owner getting screwed by «professional» advice like this and what’s most offensive about it was the only thing they tried to be professional at, was covering their tracks with more lies and scams.
I made one call, to the next nearest geographical dealer, and not only found an alternator on hand and in stock, but an estimate almost $ 300 lower AND a promise time of 90 min for the fix. Can you picture my surprise when this news hit?
Another tow, out of pocket costs, and a mountain sized headache later, the liar Jarrod and his boss the scammer John both tried to song and dance me while stickin other made up BS. Long story short, I was almost scammed for nearly a thousand bucks and here to tell everyone within reach to avoid these clowns and take your business west. These jokers are con artists first and foremost, and their primary job when you show up is to trap you fast and rip you off.
Thus, this is a SCAM ALERT, YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF BY THESE LIARS.
YOU HAVE NOW BEEN WARNED

I usually go to a different Dealer for my oil change since its close to me. Went to this one last week since its close to a friend. Had me in and out very quickly.
Usually I decline the engine air filter, the other dealer tries to rip me off for $ 150.
This one was $ 30 so I took it.
Honda West just ripped me off for a starter motor, I’ll be going to Honda East in the future.
although hopefully I can get a Tesla Model 3 before I need anything major again.

I got the best service here. It was fast too and they are really helpful. They even washed my car. I am a happy customer thanks to Jose who was nice and welcoming. Thank you!!! I will definitely be going back for my oil change.

Like this location eventhough it’s on the other side of town the service was fast. I thought I needed someone to pick me up but nope I left just an hour and a half. The employees who worked there were very helpful that they even included a wheel check on my vehicle. Now I know i needed to change my wheels. I will definitely be coming back!

Great dealership, they had a good selection of certified used Accords. Jaciel was very helpful and also knowledgeable about the 2013 EX-​L Accord that I was shopping for (maybe since his car was the same type) but either way he guided me through features that I would’ve never known about the car. I went back and forth about 3 times before I signed a fraction of my life away to my new car, but I would say that the 4^th visit when I had to pick up my green slip was by far the best one. I didn’t expect to run into Jaciel, but when I did we had a short conversation about how I was enjoying my new car and then I pointed out this weird grease/​hard water stain on the hood. Not only did he take my car to the back to spot clean the area, but he also went ahead and gave my car a quick wash! So 5 stars all around. Thanks Jaciel, you the real MVP!

This is a second update, Caesar from Auto-​nation Honda did called me after reading my review, he asked me to send copies of the bill for the brake work I had to have done. I sent the bill as requested, no response, so I called to check to make sure he got the paperwork, he said he had and gave it to the boss. Long story short he Never called me back and it’s been over 2 weeks.
I hate being lied to, and I hate poor customer service.
Third and final update! Caesar did get back with me after second review, they did compensate me for half of the repairs I had to have done. Great job Auto Nation and thank you!

Best car dealership in town!
There are so many cars to choice from and everyone working there is very professional and helpful. Cesar, their Gm, made our car purchasing experience so pleasant and easy. Joe showed us so many cars without batting an eye, and was so friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them!

I spent months research cars and going to different dealers. I then spent days emailing different dealers and trying to settle on a price. It seemed like Terry Singer was willing to work with me, so we took the long drive to this location to buy the car. We were ready to buy. When we got there, he was nice at first. Then he seemed uninterested in helping me and not willing to budge AT ALL. Over the phone and email prior he seemed much more eager to make a sale.
I told him if he can’t help me, then I am leaving and not returning ever. I was not joking. He seemed like he did not care at all. So, goodbye. We walked out, got in the car and here comes Micheal Gannon. He rolled the windows down and he said «What can we do to make you stay?» I said well make me a deal and stop playing games. Make it appear you want to make a sale. He said he would take care of us and he did. We bought the car from him and enjoyed his customer service.
Overall a pretty good experience. The only issue was the power went out in the middle of the purchase and we left for dinner hoping it would come back on. It never did. We had to drive home and come back the next day, but they compensated us with some gas. It was an inconvenience but not their fault.
I hate the car buying experience and although it started on that awful car buying experience, it became pretty quick and easy once we got going. I liked that they did not try to get me to buy 100 things once I was in the finance office. I appreciated he did not try to sell me a bunch of other things that we don’t need.
