Update: been here for almost a month and the place is nice, but have known that. A lot of police and one more than there needs to be CSI unit coming out. Some particular tenants have no problem throwing their garbage on the property on a regular basis. Same car, same alcohol shattered glass bottles and same spot. Kids have no care for which cars they lean on or throw rocks towards. This may very well be the culture of this place. Plenty potential to be good, but lack luster at best at the moment.

I moved into this complex almost 2 years ago when it was Broadstone Azure. Under the old management, it was great, I could do everything online. pay the rent, submit work orders, etc., It was a decent place to live with the exception of the pool area in the summer when some of the kids ran pretty rampant, even though there was somewhat adult supervision, not sure I would classify it as «supervision». The grounds keeping crew was great, nothing to complain about there, some that had pets sometimes didn’t clean up after, so even though I didn’t think it was their responsibility, I would see them occasionally, cleaning up that mess. When the new management took over, with the exception of the maintenance work orders, those are handled the same as the old crew– in a timely manner, almost everything else went downhill! They no longer want to replace bulbs for light fixtures within the apartments, you have to purchase those out of pocket – uhh…are they not part of the apartment? Why do tenants have to replace them on their own dime when they don’t OWN the apartment??? Packages are delivered to the wrong apartments and when they’re returned to the office, they’re opened and have contents missing… but the office doesn’t know WHO dropped it off??? RIGHT!!! Maybe it’s just my 20 years experience as a logistician in the Army, but anytime someone drops something off, you get a name and a signature because common sense theory… there’s going to be a trace, so better to have proper documentation! As for me and my family, we always try to do the right things; pay our rent on time, return mail that ends up in our box/doorstep by accident or laziness on the part of the delivery service, respect other tenants within the complex – can’t say the same for others… My daughters’ car was towed from a space that was not under any carport, which you’re supposedly only allowed to park under if you have the«permit» sticker which… I see many cars under the carport closest to my apartment, without«permit» stickers & I end up parking down further around the corner… there are NO assigned parking spaces, first come, first serve I guess. It’s not surprising that I see more police cars in the complex since the new management took over. It stresses me out to think of having to find another place to live in the next couple of months, since I was trying to wait until I was done with school and had more time to better plan out a move, since I plan on purchasing a home towards the end of this year. That is my vent or review about this place… good riddance once my lease is up.

Since new management this complex is very unprofessional. They have a bunch of girls in the office who can’t quiet seem to get business handled correctly. This is the second month my rent was not applied. I have had to physically take my receipt inside to show proof of payment. I have been denied receipts for rent on multiple occasions. If you want to avoid any hassle try another complex. This place is a joke.

The apartments themselves look outstanding. I had a couple hiccups with my moving in process, but the manager, Noelle, helped me with it without complaint. The staff is friendly, the pool is clean, and the area around is still in development which I like personally so I can see how it grows. It’s a nice little place, close to base too which is good for the military members.

Known for two months about when to move and which room my family and i were going to move into. The day before we were to get the keys, «super bowl Sunday» and an hour before they were going to close that our room is not ready and that the room has changed. Very inappropriate, very unprofessional and no urgency to explain what this«new management» could do for my wife, my 6 month old son and myself. So now we need to wait for their call for some reason and to look for another apartment. This place has solidified, Vegas hospitality and this companies way of doing business.

I normally don’t write reviews on apartment complexes, but thought this was necessary as I had moved out after my 4-year stay. This is located in North Las Vegas located a couple miles RC Farms, Mohave High School, and Legacy High School. Frankly, this isn’t in the best part of town, but this apartment complex tries its best to stay as clean and good-looking as it can. Formerly known as Broadstone Azure, this apartment complex has been taken under new management a few months ago. Before, I had ongoing problems with the way things were run. Rowdy kids loitering, lack of security, and overall terrible customer service/responsiveness from the staff. I had my car broken into and security had nothing done about it. Packages for me have been taken directly from the staff and when I came to ask for them, they had no way of telling me who took said packages and when. Premises were always dirty and full of clutter. Not to mention, most of my neighbors quickly saw how terrible the complex was. I have lived here for more than 4 years and I have not seen anyone last more than a year. Now, things have really been looking up. There has been added security to the lot. A new locked door has been added to the mailboxes so not just anyone could go in, and the staff has been more than willing to help with our issues. Maintenance doesn’t take a long time to come and fix whatever needs to be fixed and is 24⁄7(from what it seems). They don’t waste our time and get the job fairly quickly, a big plus compared to the maintenance from the past management, where we had to wait days before someone even came in to inspect what was wrong. I hope the new management keeps this great job up. There have really been a great amount of improvements in the short time they have been around. It is too bad that I am not able to see what they have in store for 2016 and beyond, but if they keep doing a great job, this business will boom.
