Lisa Redman the district manager the lady over the apartment at Victory Village in Henderson, NV was very unprofessional and it’s sad that someone in such a high position lacks customer service skills. About a week ago a maintenance man with ripped short and without uniform came to my house to see about a gas leak. To remind you I’m 6 months pregnant and could stand to even sit in my house because I could not breathe. However, this man turns off my gas until the property provided me a new stove, and when he left my phone so happen to disappear. I called the cops to report the incident, and the cops told me with his record he should not allowed to be in anyone APARTMENT (did he get a background check before hired)! I even told the property manager at victory village Debbie, and the district manager Lisa Redman, and both showed no sympathy about my phone nor the fact that my baby could have died if I didn’t get sufficient clean oxygen into my lungs. This is one of the many incidents that I had with these apartments. Although I have no proof/​cameras etc to say this guy NICK lack character and integrity at least the company could have been apologetic.

Great Management company, very professional and flexible. The properties are clean, well maintained and affordable. I’m very happy with them!
