Bank of America

In three years of living within walking distance of this BOA location I had my first truly negative experience here. This location is always understaffed, if two tellers are there its a full house. The tellers are always positive and helpful (Alberto and Gabriella come to mind), however, today I meet the new branch manager Kay Handy (or Hardy). She was extremely passive aggressive and borderline rude. I had visited the branch earlier today and waited for about 20 minutes in line before I left. I came back 2.5 hours later and facing another long line (another 25 minutes) stayed. Once I got up to the only teller (in training) working and Kay, I asked to make a cash deposit. It took some time to verify the cash and some other bank patrons decided to spend their time elsewhere and get out of line, just like I did earlier.
Here is my point. I am not responsible for your staffing levels. I am not responsible for what other patrons do in line. Everyone has to wait at the bank. I understand you were under stress training a new to the state employee but if you have a problem with your Locations Time To Provide Service then call in another employee or shut the doors and don’t do business until you can meet your own standards. Don’t project thinly veiled passive-​aggressive comments towards me.

This branch has always nice people, tellers and managers.
But for some reason they are always short stuffed and even with 6 – 7 people staying in the line they have only 1 window open.
Im BOA customer for 15 years and what happened to me last week forced me to close all my accounts.
I came there at 11:20,there was 4 people staying in the front of me in line.
Customer at the window had some problem so we waited long time.
One Lady approached us asking what we need.
I asked her why they don’t open second window with so many people staying in the line.
Her answer was: «Im sorry but I sent all my people to lunch break»
Really ??
Lunch break at 11:00 ?? And they open at 9:00 !!!
When I told her that she got angry saying she is REGIONAL manager (I think her name is Chrystal) and she has to send her people to eat !!
By the time I got to speak with the teller there were more then 10 people in line waiting.
She was most RUDE person I have ever meet in any customer service oriented business.
When I asked for her name she gave me her card saying if im going to write her name i need to be sure to spell her name correctly. (probably because English is not my first language).

Looks like this branch didn’t like the HONEST review I gave them yesterday… so they had it deleted.
This is what happened…
I came in to simply get a temporary ATM card, something that takes LESS than 5 mins (had it done before in the past). I was told by the branch manager that it would be a little over TWO HOURS before someone could help me. Said they only see you by appointment only. I told her how ridiculous that was considering I was the only person waiting to see a banker. She could care less. She was too busy chit chatting with other employees when she could have took 5 mins to help me. Meanwhile the teller line grew to about 10 people with only ONE teller. More than ½ the line expressed extreme disappointment to the manager on how there is always a huge wait due to having only one teller every time them come in. Of course she had an answer for everything, none of them acceptable by any of the many customers who complained. Again, she was too busy walking around chit chatting with other employees to help ANYONE.
Fast forward…
Been sitting in the lobby OVER an hour now. There’s not a single customer in the bank, more than 8 employees all sitting around talking with each other, and not one person can help me. I still need to wait another hour. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER ENCOUNTERED!
Fast forward again…
Been another 45mins and just got approached by a banker (one who was talking with other employees for the past hour). He said he could take me earlier than my appointment time, 15mins earlier. I started my stopwatch as I walked to his desk… I stopped it as I opened my car door to leave. It took 4:51mins, but yet the manager, whom I’m sure is capable of handling this amongst many other tasks, chose to argue with me for more than 5mins and chat it up with the staff as I sat there for over an hour and 45mins. Again, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! During all the time I sat there, every customer left upset due to the horrible customer service.
I deal with two other banks. Both of them the branch manager will assist customers with transactions when it gets busy. Not the branch manager here. Walking around with a clipboard and talking with other employees was her main concern. THE WORST!

Unilocal then contacted me letting me know I couldn’t post that. I guess the truth reeeeeally hurts sometimes.*******

Terrible customer service. The branch manager Abigail does not seem to be able to offer solutions I’m moving my banking to Bank of Nevada

I have never met such incompetent people before. I would never bank here or at any other Bank of America. I had an auto loan with BOA and they sent me a reimbursement check. I went to deposit it at my bank and my bank stated that BOA issued the check to me and Bank of America. So I had to go to BOA for them to sign it and then I could deposit it.
I went to this bank and they made me wait 45 minutes. He first had to verify that I had a loan and then made some excuse as to why it took so long. After 45 minutes, the banker told me that next time I should have them issue the check to my bank. He didn’t apologize for how long it took and then blamed me. Nice customer service.

This is a great location. Rarely busy and amazing staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful and it seems like they know most of their clients by name. The bank itself is well maintained and bright. Very convenient to the 215.

I love this Bank of America location for a couple of reasons. First is that it is very close to my house. Second is that it is never busy, you can usually walk right up to the counter.
The only downside to this location is that they do not have a drive-​thru. I know (LAZY) but it is Vegas and it is getting hot.

five stars for the drive-​thru. =) in and out in 2.5 secs.
