History

Established in 2003.

Both Joe Benson and Ben Bingham were born and raised in Nevada and are committed to delivering the best personal injury law in the State. Mr. Benson practiced with his father Joe Benson, Sr. at Benson, Bertoldo, Baker, & Carter before forming his alliance with his partner Mr. Bingham who is also his cousin; Mr. Bingham left Moran & Associates where he practiced both civil and criminal litigation.

Benson & Bingham is committed to Nevada and Las Vegas in the personal injury arena. Since its inception, the personal injury firm has established a strong record in Las Vegas and Nevada, having litigated almost every practice area of injury law, including vehicle accidents, slip and falls, hotel and casino injuries, wrongful death and a host of other injury or accident related cases. Why did I become an attorney?

The underlying education was the primary reason for the desire to first become an attorney. Obviously, to make a good living and enjoy what you do is the ultimate career. I have found that becoming an attorney was half the battle, becoming a great attorney involves mastering the art of legal persuasion, which is best acquired by experience, and years of training. The reward of client satisfaction truly makes me happy. I had a very strong influence with my Father, Joseph L. Benson, Sr. who also is a personal injury lawyer (and recently received the 2011 Nevada Lifetime Achievement Award). He was instrumental in my decisions throughout my young adulthood and early law practice.
