Start and end your Mattress search at this Best Mattress. We needed a new mattress and I was concerned about the pressures put on by salespeople but stopping in Best Mattress was different. Best Mattress was the 1^st place we stopped and Brian, the new store manager, was there to greet us. He welcomed us, asked us what we were looking for, and showed us what we wanted (WITH NO PRESSURE). We had not bought a mattress in a decade and were unfamiliar with the new technology was and Brian was very happy to tell us all about his products he had. In the end, we liked a mattress but wanted to see one other brand that he didn’t have and Brian didn’t try to make us buy before we walked out of the door. We worked out the details of our deal and I told him I would be back the next day and we stood by our word. Overall, Best Mattress had great deals right off the top and they had a great sale going on at the time we purchased. I recommend this place to anyone buying a new mattress. Also, we needed the mistress delivered and they offered delivery for next day and will take away our old mattress. Thanks Brian for your great salesmanship on this sale. We will come back!

My boyfriend and I had our frame and box spring break and we were already talking about getting a new mattress so we looked around and found best mattress had a sale for the grand opening of two new stores that actually applied to all showrooms!
Sam greeted us warmly and took the time to ask us some straight forward questions about our needs, preferences and budget.
He took us only to the beds that fit our needs, so within 15 minutes we were already deciding between two beds rather than wandering in a sea of options that start to blend together.
We chose the Tempurpedic Flex Supreme queen with $ 300 in-​store accessories which included a metal frame, bed protector, two new pillows, delivery, old mattress disposal and new mattress set up! We ran into some financial hoops and Sam took the time to make sure we got what we wanted with the best financial plan– GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We desperately needed a new bed! I woke up that morning feeling like a 90 year old woman. Stupid innerspring mattress! Anyway, straight to Best Mattress to take advantage of the Black Friday deals and get the new bed we needed so badly. Sam was amazing! That guy knows his beds! He took his time, explained everything, and didn’t let us rush the decision. He asked about injuries (hubby and I both have a lot after years in the military!) which is important to know so we could choose the right mattress for our aches and pains.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with John on 11−5−15. John was very laid back and didn’t pressure us at all which was nice. He was informative and answered all of our questions. We were debating between two of the Tempur-​Pedic mattresses and John went over the pros and cons of each and even showed us some other models and brands we were less familiar with to ensure we made a good buying decision. We really appreciated the time (2.5 hrs to be exact) he took with us. He even went to bat for us at the end to get us the best price for our budget. Our mattress and protector arrived the next day as promised. The delivery guys arrived within the time frame they gave. They were very professional and super quick. So far our experience with Best Mattress has been excellent and we certainly recommend them to others.

I walked in to Best Mattress by accident. Let me tell you what I meant «by accident «!
My original destination was Pro care medical, next door. I needed to get my 2 year physical. After checking in to the doctor’s office, I been informed that the waiting time is one or one and half hours. Please sit down and wait! Well, I did that for two minutes when I realized that the waiting room is full, I mean FULL of sick people! I thought WTF … I’m not going to be near anyone sick for one or one and half hour! I decided to go outside and check what’s next door … and here I go … I walked in to Best Mattress.
The store was completely empty. I was welcomed by a sales person immediately, who asked me what I was interested to see.
Now … here comes the funny part! I told him about my story next door, in the doctor’s office. I told him I really don’t want to be around the sick people and I just want to see what is in the store! I assured him that I am not sick at all, don’t be afraid to be around me, and I don’t think I buy anything, I just want to look around.
He looked at me and said: Well, people come to the store to buy a mattress!
I told him, well … the last time I bought a mattress, about 20 years ago, so I actually love to see what is new! Also, I really wanted to turn around my negative feelings, loosing so much time waiting in the doctor’s office. So make my story short, I suddenly decided to shop for mattress! One by one, I started laying down on the mattresses.
The sales person stayed back around his desk.
I started asking questions. I told him, I definitely like the memory foam mattress, since I have the old fashioned mattress at home. So now it’s time to get a better one!
After trying all the comfortable mattresses, checking all price ranges, I got two different brands in my budget. Going back and forth, trying to make a decision, the sales person told me to try another one next to the wall. I did, of course, it felt good, better than the other two. Well the price was also double!
Now, here comes the best part. Sam, because by this time, I learned the sales person’s name, told me about all the different discount I can get! He calculated the exact cost for each of the mattresses I liked. He made it so much easier to find the best mattress for me!
He also offered to buy a mattress protection cover. I thought it was a great idea.
So, almost two hours later I had my purchase complete with delivery set up!
Sam explained all the warranty details and everything I needed to know!
I can definitely recommend Best Mattress for anyone who wants to buy a mattress! Look for Sam! He is knowledgeable and friendly!

Came in a bit of a rush, Sam was really nice and he was able to work with me to get me the mattress I needed and at the price that I wanted. Overall, really good experience would come back here if I needed another mattress.

I was so impressed with my experience Best Mattress that I’m writing this review minutes after leaving. I expected a used car salesman experience what I got instead was a very friendly and honest «rest test». Sam was very knowledgable and very friendly. He gave us multiple options at multiple price points, and explained the benefits and quality of each. All in all a very pleasurable and easy experience. Thank you Sam and Best Mattress!!!

Was leary about buying a mattress and figured all sales people were alike. I was already looking forward to a horrible experience and a lot of upsells. I walked in and was greeted by Derrick. He answered all my questions got me in the price range I had budgeted and even helped me with choosing the right mattress for my back with no pressure at all. By far the best and most trust worthy sales person I have ever come across. I will be referring everyone I know to him. If only all salesman were like him it would make shopping for anything so much more enjoyable and easy.

Go see a nice guy by the name of Kris! He is very knowledgeable and easy guy to work with. I purchased an adjustable base at a very nice price and the sale went flawlessly! Wonderful experience highly recommend this store and Kris.

We just bought a mattress from this location today and I have to say that Sam was great. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything in the store that wasn’t perfect for us.
