The worst to ever do business! BIG TIME SCAMMERS! Will take cash from you and won’t deliver and won’t refund. Cussing customers out for their mistakes. Made 5 delivery dates and don’t show up and had me miss work and still did not make delivery to this date. NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE !!! THE WORST FURNITURE IN VEGAS !!!

We just bought a house here in Vegas and decided to refurnish EVERYTHING! We went to most of the furniture stores here in town but sadly can’t find the custom or quality were looking for. BOHO had the exact couch and bed we were looking for. The quality of these peices were amazing. Stephanie helped us getting a great deal so ask for her. Will definately return and refer family here.

I’ve been a customer of BOHO furniture for over 8 years now. Stephanie and her staff have always provided superior service. They have a phenomenal selection and are always getting new items in. Unique stuff, things that you can’t find elsewhere. A true diamond in the rough! With revolving inventory, great service, and great prices, this is one place that you just can’t pass up. Family owned and operated, they have always gone out of their way to take care of me and my family. We have purchased, sofas, tables, bed and a litany of knick-​knacks for around the house. Every piece has been of high quality, and in a lot of cases, they offered me same or next day delivery. It simply doesn’t get better than this!
BOHO is the first place I check when I need furniture for my home or office.

Ordered a bed via phone on 1÷29÷16 from Chris, after multiple times of visiting the store which always seemed to be closed. Chris started that he is always at some convention or show and not in store most times. Initially I’d believed this ruse, which he continued for several weeks. Multiple calls were made and each time an accuse was rendered as follows:
–he had the flu and couldn’t get to the store to follow up on my order and referred me to Stephanie who’s supposedly the in store rep, who is also never there.
–he stated my bed was stuck in customs and should be released soon.
–he stated the bed is in his warehouse in California and would be here soon.
All excuses occurred for 1 full month to this day, been though the bed was paid in full. Finally, one last call just prior to this posting, Chris again referred me to the store rep and hung up. I had to call the cc company to dispute the charge.
I figured that ordering the bed through a vendor that actually had a store was a safer bet, but not at all. BUYERS BEWARE of this place, and do not order directly or online for anything. Customer care, follow up, and professionalism are non-​existent. Tomorrow I will also follow up with a claim to the BBB.

When I first moved here, I had such a hard time finding furniture places that weren’t typical everyday furniture from mass producers, like Ashley furniture. I finally stumbled upon Boho furniture and had finally found the uniqueness that I wanted. I have about 4 items In particular in my house from Boho that everyone who visits my home comments on «where on earth did you find that?» (In a good way) It is the one place in Vegas that has personality.

Got a coffee table from them and I actually had a great experience, their representative was super nice and helped me big time. I had a problem to fit the table in my vehicle all the way to LA, so they hooked me up with a friend of them that was on his way to LA. they brought the table over and everything was perfect. even the price was reasonable.

Stefanie and the boho staff are amazing! Great furniture and such helpful people. Me and my family have been getting our furniture and art from BOHO for a few years now & always seem to fall in love with pretty much everything when we walk in. Their pieces are one of a kind and they have something for everybody. Good deals, helpful staff. What more could you ask for! Will definitely continue being a returning happy costumer.

UPDATE 02-​22-​2016 — Clark County District Attorneys office contacted in regards to previous and ongoing fraudulent activity by Stephanie Allen and Boho Furniture Gallery. 7 victims have already come forward to provide details and testimony of being scammed by Stephanie Allen and Boho Furniture Gallery as well.

UPDATE 02-​19-​2016 — Last week I sent a certified letter demanding my refund from Boho Furniture. Today I called Stephanie and asked her if she had mailed my refund to my address yes. She was hesitant to answer the question but kept asking for my email address. I had previously been contacting Boho Furniture via EMAIL AND NOW SHE DOESN’T HAVE IT. She got extremely argumentative and cursed me out. She said that if I didnt give her my email address she would hang up. NEVADA law states you must send a certified letter demanding refund and wait 15 days from receipt of the letter before filing in small claims. Next week I will be filing small claims suit against Boho Furniture Gallery of Las Vegas, NV for the full amount of my purchase plus court fees, transportation costs, time missed from work and pain and suffering.
If you are planning on buying furniture from these scam artists I suggest you wait a few weeks to see the outcome of this issue. I will be constantly updating this when something happens. It’s a shame that this company has not refunded my money. Stephanie’s petty excuse to me was «This small furniture gallery business feeds my family.» And what about my money… it just grows on trees?
On January 7, 2016 I paid cash in store for 4 items including a dresser, mirror, tv unit and coffee table totaling $ 3,168.34. I was quoted 7 to 21 business days for the dresser, mirror and tv unit as the coffee table was back ordered roughly 8 weeks. I subsequently paid two white glove shipping charges which totaled around $ 420. On Jan 22 Chris emailed me and told me that the first three items were in the warehouse and ready to be delivered. As of February 10, 2016 I have yet to receive ANY items I paid for. Horrible communication, bad customer service, forgetting that I paid shipping, thinking one item had already been shipped this has been a nightmare. On Saturday, February 6, 2016 Stephanie confirmed my delivery for the dresser, mirror, tv stand on Wednesday Feb 10 between noon and 4pm. At 430 PM I called Chris and stated I that I would come into the store and request a refund that evening. I went into the store and requested and refund and was told that I will not be given a refund. Stephanie was at the store and asked my why I hadn’t called her at 1pm to see what’s up with the delivery. You would think that she would CALL ME to make sure I received MY DELIVERY as I have been having issues and complaining for weeks. She didn’t even pick up the phone to call the delivery company to see what the hell happened! I have requested that Boho Furniture NOT attempt to deliver my items any more and I have sent a certified letter demanding a refund in full. Boho Furniture will have 15 days from the confirmed receipt of letter to refund me or have this issue brought before a small claims court. I am currently seeking a refund for the amount of $ 3,168.34 total that I paid.
I have requested the same items from LA Furniture and was told they would be in stock as soon as Monday and quoted $ 800 less than Boho Furniture for the same exact items including white glove delivery. I have ordered 2 Modrest beds from LA Furniture and I couldn’t be more happy. Do not trust Boho Furniture with your hard earned cash. If you do purchase from them I suggest you pay with credit card or check this was my big mistake paying with cash, no way to dispute it.
Hopefully Boho Furniture refunds my money and I will be happy to order from LA Furniture once again. Do not trust these fraudsters with your money.

Purchased and paid for a Divani leather sectional from Boho on 12÷2÷2015 that was in stock in LA. Was told at the time we placed the order by the owner Chris Hamm that I could pick up the following week at the Mfg’s warehouse. After many delays and excuses, Chris comes back 12 days later and tells me that my credit card was declined and then has the audacity to ask if I had it maxed out. What! After talking to my bank I confirmed the card was not declined and that Boho was paid in full (2) days after we placed order on 12÷4÷2015. After wasting another week with Chris and finally giving them an ultimatum to deliver or refund, Chris’s partner Stephanie Allen called me and then states that what Chris told us was untrue and they were actually having Merchant Bank problems and their Bank was holding the funds. After all of this Boho still refused to release the couch to me (paid for almost 3 weeks earlier) until they resolved the issues with her bank.
(3) weeks, (12) e-​mails, (7) phone calls later I was forced to cancel the order. We ended up purchasing the same sectional from another distributor and picking up the next day. Boho did refund my credit card but wasted 3 weeks of my time and caused me a lot of undo grief and frustration. Not recommended.

I had been in the market to redecorate my office /​sun room for quite some time now. I came to this place because it was so close to where I work and I heard great things about this place. Stephanie was really patient with my wife and I. We ultimately found the perfect espresso desk to complete a French theme in our sub room /​office. Extremely polite staff and great products. Will use again!

I forgot to write a review about this place!
I purchased a complete sectional from here a little while back… by far the WORST quality I’ve ever seen in furniture!
You name it… legs broke off, springs sunk, foundation holding the springs cracked and fell apart, leather started coming undone from the stitching, material started cracking and wearing thin… all within 6 months. I’m pretty easy on my furniture too… this is ridiculous!
The showroom is gorgeous and I love the style here… but the quality here isn’t even what I’d consider China grade.
By the way, prices are extremely negotiable… more so than a car dealer. I haggled about $ 1000 off my sectional… that’s quite a bit of markup, too much for the average consumer to consider as realistic I’m sure.
Come here for ideas… but please by your furniture somewhere else. I’ve never felt a bigger waste of money.

AMAZING PROFESSIONAL FURNITURE GALLERY
I have been a resident of Las Vegas for 42 yrs, employed in the construction development field. Also working with our designers for furniture staging, furnishing and setting up numerous homes and offices. When I found BOHO about 6 yrs ago it was the answer to my nightmare of shopping. My designers shop at the new store location and they know what we expect, every delivery is a show piece display. The owner Stephanie has a connection with multiple distributors she can order all our requests at a fair market cost. We generally select one of a kind finishing with her assistance in a catalog search.
However, when we order the Italian leather couches she always tells us a time element, but reality it’s distributors shipping that I need to complain about. They promise everything and fulfill nothing merely for the order. Hard to take it out on the store owner under these circumstances, when you have expensive high end orders. It’s the delivery date, lots of patience in receiving a statement piece of furniture that is worth waiting for in the end.
Our experience with BOHO and employees has been extremely professional from the start. No door buster deals, one time buyers with staged bad reviews, or the pop up furniture stores attempting to steal my business will change our business relations with BOHO. They are a family owned business in our great city that is here to serve the community for quality and serve. This store is our Diamond in the rough for sure!

STAY AWAY FROM BOHO FURNITURE GALLERY.
This is a very dishonest company. I’ve been waiting for months for them to get my furniture right and nothing has been resolved. They ask that you pay cash, my mistake. I find out this is because they cheated so many people that people were calling their credit card companies to cancel payment. See you in court.

Large selection of QUALITY PIECES. And to top it off, SERVICE WAS GREAT! My husband and I will be back and will recommend this place to others. We bought two beds and two bar stools. Since we will be out town in the next few days, we asked to get our pieces delivered the next day (we came in late) and…YES, it happened. They were very accommodating and the effort was there. Thank you for putting your customers needs first.

I truly felt that the owner Stephanie had my best interest in mind when furnishing my new apartment of course I want to the most expensive thing in the store. Not only that I get the perfect bed and dining room table that I wanted at a fraction of the cost I got same day delivery. By far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had purchasing furniture. Not only is this family owned and operated establishment, The customer service and attention to detail was impeccable.

Be careful and do not to order furniture from this store! They placed a special order on a table for which I paid for in full ($ 1198.03) and they NEVER delivered it. After several attempts to contact the owner Stephanie, I had no choice but to file a small claims case against them. They never responded and I was awarded a judgement in my favor. BOHO FURNITURE AND STEPHANIE ARE THIEVES! Also, they have another Unilocal page where you can see other customers with the exact same experience. They recently moved locations from Charleston to Dean Martin.

We are remodeling a home in San Diego and decided to check out some stores in Vegas in the hopes of finding unique items and this store definitely fits the bill. We picked up a coffee table, right then and there had it in our car in 15 minutes. But we have her looking for décor pieces we found in a catalog and can’t wait to get those in our hands.
If you like contemporary designer furniture and décor you will have fun in this shop. First of all if you know what you are looking for, just go directly to Stephanie and let her know, she can order ANYTHING and get you a discount. They have a bit of a showroom, to give you an idea of the types of pieces they can order for you.
Plus she is the nicest person and is a HUGE dog lover and is adopting one of my rescue dogs. It was a win win experience for us.

Recently moved to town and had no idea where to shop for furniture. Drove past BOHO Furniture Gallery and decided to stop in. Right away I loved what I saw. I have a bohemian taste in style to begin with, but Stephanie keeps the store stocked with a wide (and tasteful) variety of furniture. I moved into a modern high rise and wanted a clean, modern look with a little feminine flair. I opted on a Parisian text print sofa and chair in cream with high quality cushions and Stephanie bundled them together for an awesome price.
Stephanie was helping a few other groups of people while also assisting me, which did not deter her from pulling out catalogs to help me find a matching bed frame and head board for the sofa. Although I decided to forgo the bed frame, a rustic metallic mirrored book shelf caught my eye as I was on my way out. Stephanie added the bookshelf to my order without delaying me and arranged for the same delivery company to bring the bookshelf to my new home without extra cost. Her delivery man, Nick, delivered the sofa, chair and very fragile bookshelf in perfect condition, no scratches or marks!
I highly recommend BOHO Furniture Gallery. Since I was new to town, I looked at furniture prices on
before checking out local stores and am pleased to say BOHO’s prices are very competitive and their delivery service beats Amazon’s prices by far.

Had I wrote this review the day I received the item, I would have given this place 1 star.
I bought a coffee table from BOHO after searching online for a particular type my wife and I would like. We wanted a table in a specific time frame for personal matters.
I gave them and call on a Sun and was greeted by a gentleman named Chris. He quoted me a price and told me delivery would be that Fri.
Fast forward to that Fri and he tells me that the item won’t be delivered now till Mon. So Mon rolls around and he sends me an e-​mail stating that the item was received damaged so they won’t be delivering it and that my card hasn’t been charged. At this point he informs me to look for another table against their online catalog. He also sent another link to a site where I believe they order a bunch of their inventory from.
We picked a few out but he comes back and tells me they were all out of stock of those particular items. I then, proceeded to tell him not to worry about it and we’ll look for a table elsewhere. He replies back saying that he found another vendor that has the initial table we want but it’s $ 25 more. I asked if he can guarantee that delivery would be on Fri of that week and informed him of the URGENCY OF DELIVERY!
He agreed and promised to have it delivered on Fri since they would have a pickup of inventory on Thurs, but only if I go into the store and pay cash for it.
So, I go to the store on Wed and pay in cash for the item. While I was there a woman named Stephanie had no idea about the transaction, so we call Chris. He gives her a background story of my initial order and tells me now that he can’t guarantee delivery on Friday since they already filled up the truck. He tells me that it will now be Saturday.
I specifically tell him that I need the item before 2pm that Saturday. He emails me that it sounds doable and that they would pick it up on Sat at noon and deliver it right away.
Saturday rolls around and it’s a little after noon. I give him a call to find out the status. He tells me that he can’t get a hold of anyone at the office or the delivery guy.
At this point I’m completely pissed. I knew in the back of my mind he wouldn’t follow through on his promise. 2 weeks now I’ve been trying to obtain a piece of furniture that was promised to me at specific times but never arrived! He tells me he’s going to keep trying to get a hold of someone and will call me back. He also tells me that I’ll definitely have it today even if they have to deliver it at midnight.
I’m sorry, does he not remember that I specifically said that we needed the table by 2pm?!?
Of course at this point I’m tired of listening to his bs. So I call him back and asked him if I could pick the table up myself since it’s just sitting in a moving truck somewhere. He finally gets a hold of someone conveniently now that I’m willing to pick it up. He tells me that hes arranged for someone to meet me at their sales office so that I can pickup the table.
I meet Stephanie there and pick up the table. To my surprise, it was still in the packaging box and un-​assembled. I suppose it’s my bad to assume the table would come assembled. So, I tell her about my frustrations with Chris and she tells me that it’s strange that we couldn’t get it delivered since there are «3 delivery guys!!» WTF…
Chris also mentioned that he picked up the table himself this morning? So why was it that he couldn’t deliver it himself?
I don’t like it when people over-​promise and under-​deliver! It really pisses me off to no end.
Anyway, Stephanie is amazing and awesome to deal with. Had I dealt with her at the start I’m sure I would have had a completely different outcome.
I will not going back there because of Chris, and I hope everyone who goes has a much more pleasant experience in dealing with him. Do yourself a favor and work directly with Stephanie! :-)
TLDR version: I ordered a table to be delivered, but in the end, I had to pick up the table myself, pay an additional $ 25, and even assemble it myself!
