My god, where do I begin… Going to not say too much as all around it was terrible so here’s a few words to describe the restaurant’s environment going in: Wait time: 1 out of 5 Easy seating, long waits for food(45 mins) Terrible wait for a chicken BLT and a chicken caesar. I think I could’ve whipped it up myself in 20 or less if I had everything in front of me. Food:(0 if possible) 1 out of 5 Chicken(the main protein in our dishes) were dry. I mean it was like eating an eraser. The salad leaves look like it’s been sitting out. Not fresh at all. Service: 3 out of 5 While there was nothing to serve, the waiter with an English/Australian accent was courteous and polite. She is the only reason I tipped 20%. If you’re looking for service, come to this restaurant. BUT avoid this place at all costs if you’re looking to eat.

The food was accurate and well prepared and yummy. The best part was David who was engaged and helpful and friendly. He is a great marketing resource for Vegas.

We were in vegas and wanted to go to shake shack on a saturday night and holy hell was it crowded. Big long line out the door. Not wanting to put up with that we went to new york new york and found a burger place there. I’m so glad we did because there was no wait, and the food was exceptional and affordable. The burgers were delicious and the fries are natural cut and taste great and you get a whole basket of them with a combo. Or you can choose a plate of chili cheese fries with your combo for no extra charge. Who does that? So nice. I would definitely go there again.

We went for lunch on Sunday when we arrived in Vegas and found this place. The staff was very nice and fast. We were seated right away and our server David was great. He was very friendly and made suggestions for the menu since it was our first time eating here. His suggestions were right on and we enjoyed the meal. He was also very helpful with giving us tips for entertaining the kids. The food was a bit pricey for the serving size but that’s not a big deal. Overall it was a good experience and I’d definitely go back.

I didn’t have a great experience here, but I was so hungry i was going to settle for anything. Two of us ordered a beef burger(medium) and it tasted like cardboard. We were just disappointed it wasn’t juicy, or seasoned. We also ordered a couple of their signature cocktails, which got us tipsy, but it tasted more like the blue agave than actual alcohol. I doubt the drinks were even mixed. The best part of the meal was probably the chili cheese fries. Oh yeah– all of their fries were pretty good, better than their burgers. Finally, my problem with this place was that I sat in a really sketchy chair. My lower right thigh got a rash after sitting there for an hour. It couldn’t have been from anywhere else since I was standing all day at the T-Mobile center for an event. I noticed the rash once I got up to my room and showered. Lesson learned.

We stay at the NYNY casino frequently and this is one of our favorite places for Lunch/Dinner. This past week we stayed at Mandalay Bay but were in NYNY and dropped in for a meal before venturing out into the casino. The hostess and waiter was very friendly(as they all are), sat us immediately and got our drinks quickly. The food is always very good, many selections of gourmet burgers and always perfectly prepared and great tasting!!! Recommended if you are in the area.

Ok I have said this before, I am not much of a burger fan. My grandchildren wanted burgers so we came here. I must say over anything our waiter was exceptionally good. The booths were comfy and the food ended up being great. I had a turkey burger which was really good. I took a bite of the partners burger and it was exceptional yummy for being beef. Oh yes and the garlic fries were just perfect. I would definitely recommend this place and come back here again …

What a terrible way to be lectured by the hostess. She reprimanded me for looking at there display of 20 +\- condiments. You would of thought I just crashed a vehicle into her and was drunk. Was one of my worst all time interactions between a hostess as a patron in my 56 years on the planet. Had it not been for the beer battered onion rings I would of left. She told me I had no business standing there looking at there 20 condiments as they would bring it to me. I was in a location where I wasn’t allowed, she stated in front of her staff. Go figure it was not inside the kitchen and it was a lecture from not a kind hearted staff member. She knows her job but never again. Learn how to speak to your guest and Management take notice.

Bland. No seasoning on meat. Medium burger was cooked too well done. Prices are decent. $ 10 for a burger. Burgers don’t come with fries, you have to add it on.

Friendly staff, good service, but boy… what a great burger, started selecting a good amber beer, then I was recomended by my server Lashawnda to have this southwestern burguer with tortilla chips and guac inside, soft fresh bun, smoked bacon and cheese… jalapeño mustard and habanero tabasco on the side… boy… im gonna remember this experience, I’ve been to buffets and fine dinnings in my 5 day vegas stay and this has been the best meal by far… manager approached the table to ask about our experience, he also seemed very confident in what they serve, that made me feel even better on my already great burguer.

Love the garlic fries and burgers. All so fresh. Always get the cowboy, but don’t forget to ask for pickles, lettuce, tomatoes and onions. The hamburger doesn’t come with them.

DELICIOUSFOODSERVEDUPHOTANDFRESH in a good mock up of a NY subway station in the New York New York casino. We started with an order of fried pickles, which were YUM! Kosher dill spears in a crispy wet cornmeal batter had been fried perfectly. They come with ranch, but I liked mine better without the ranch so all that big pickle flavor could shine through! I got the Swiss and Mushroom burger, which was cooked perfectly medium rare just as I had asked. I am so used to getting medium burgers(ordered medium rare) that I was thrilled! Apart from being cooked correctly, the need was well seasoned with salt and pepper, came with a generous amount of delicious sautéed mushrooms(crimini and shiitake), and a flavorful melted aged Swiss on a toasted fresh-baked bun. Just a delicious burger — the best I’ve had in a long time. Others at the table enjoyed their Italian burger, which came with a delicious thick Parmesan cheese crisp that was to die for! We would definitely come back, EXCEPT we had to walk through the casino to et to the food court in back. Smoking is allowed in Las Vegas casinos, and by the time we were in and out, my asthmatic girls had breathed in so much smoke that they both needed nebulizer treatments. Even the one whose asthma is well controlled needed a treatment — that’s how bad the combined cigar and cigarette smoke in the casino is, despite a massive HVAC system. The air in the food court(nonsmoking) was VASTLY better, but be damage had been done and the girl’s chests were feeling the effects. What a shame we can’t come back — the food was delicious, service friendly and efficient, and atmosphere interesting and exciting.

Good variety of burgers on the menu. Can also opt to build your own with burger, chicken, turkey and I think even veggie. Hubby enjoyed his bacon and cheese, a traditional bacon cheeseburger with English cheddar. I opted for the chicken bltg. The pepper bacon and the guacamole(which had a jalapeño kick) were complimentary to one another. The chicken was also cooked well, moist and juicy. For $ 5 extra you can tack on a soda and fries. The portion of fries looked like it was enough to serve two. Can’t speak to the flavor as didn’t order the combo meal. They also offer shakes from the Ben and Jerry’s across the way. The draft beer list was peppered with west coast microbrews like deschutes and full sail.

Was ist denn jetzt los?

Very dissapointing. Only thing that lightened up our day was our server Amy. The place is not really cool to hang out, most people we met we’re very much not interested in their work and in us. Amy was a pleasant surprise. Both burgers were not special. And the ordered mayonaise wasn’t served with the food but came out later. Most disappointing was my portabello burger with panko(?). It was so drained with fat that I couldn’t lift my burger because the bun was soaked. Not oke. If you have options: don’t go here.

We came here on our first night in Vegas for a bachelorette party after EVERYONE fell asleep and took lame naps while I got anxious and bored. ;) Needless to say I was ready to do things, but our bachelorette wanted food. We wandered and wandered… and wandered. And we ended up here because decisions weren’t being made and people were getting hangry/cranky/anxious(including myself). It wasn’t my first choice and I can’t say I would come back. I got the seared tuna salad, which was delicious, but the wasabi«dressing» drizzled all over everything was so strong that it basically murdered my taste buds. I love spicy and I love strong wasabi, but this was a shock and just a bit too intense. I wouldn’t come back because it just wasn’t worth the money for such poor atmosphere and a lame experience.

Tasty food and probably some of the best drinks for the price we had in Vegas! Our waiter was great with the recommendations both at the restaurant and beyond(wish I could remember his name), but he was brutally honest about all things Vegas and pretty entertaining. One of the great things about this place was all the different options for sauces, which they gladly bring out bottles of as many as you want so you can try them all on the side!

Only stopped by the bar for a drink, so don’t have much to comment on. Good prices on beer, great service. Pickle fries are a MUST! Fried pickles, but the spears have been cut thinner so they are easier to eat! Was loud as roller coaster loading/unloading station was right above bar.

My husband and I are here for our last dinner in Vegas. I really wasn’t in the mood for anything in particular… He was ready to eat his own arm. As we walked through New York New York, we saw«Broadway Burger Bar» and decided to look no further. I found the menu(somewhat) limited. My husband went with the Cowboy Burger which had bacon,(pepper jack) cheese, onions and BBQ sauce on it. He is lactose intolerant and can’t do pepper jack cheese so he asked if he could get provolone instead and the server said there was an up charge for provolone… I personally have NEVER heard of an up charge for a cheese switch, especially provolone??? He then asked for it to be cooked Medium Well and she said they ONLY cook the burgers medium or well… Personally have NEVER heard of only 2 temps either. Weird. Sides do not come with the burgers so you pay extra if you want fries. They do have a combo where you get a burger and add fries and a drink for $ 5 more(which is what he did). He said the burger was really good but unfortunately having it well done made it dry(but he was nervous getting it med). The fries were great too, fresh cut. I ended up choosing just a house salad. I asked if I could get romaine lettuce instead of the lettuce it was supposed to come with. There was a looooooooooong pause… And I continued, «Or is that a problem??» Eventually she said I could have romaine.(Almost then asked if there would be an up charge for that switch). The description said the salad came with a «sherry vinaigrette» but I get weird with dressings, they can make or break a salad so I asked for it on the side. It ended up being good BUT I wouldn’t call it a vinaigrette… It was a creamy dressing similar in consistency to Caesar or ranch. I see vinaigrette and I think more or a thin Italian-like, oil & vinegar dressing. Iced tea cost $ 4. Yikes. Seemed high. Server was ok. She wasn’t super friendly but did her job. All in all, food was good and came out fast. They’ll charge you for everything extra. I’d say we’d be back but I like to try new restaurants.

This review will be sweet and simple… My baby girl and I stopped here for a late lite bite during a fun night out. We ordered two onion ring appetizers and they were delicious! This review is solely based on service and the onion rings, both were Fantastic! Reasonable prices and the onion rings were yummy!

We had been to this restaurant 3 years ago(the last time in Vegas) & my partner said it was a must to return again. He loved his last burger so much. This time around we had the Bacon & Cheeseburger and the Asian style salmon burger. My partner said he enjoyed his Burger, but I noticed he didn’t rave on about it like last time. I quite enjoyed the salmon burger. It was nice to see and try something other than beef burgers on a menu. They also had chicken, turkey & vegetarian mushroom burgers available. We were quick to be seated. It didn’t appear to be an overly busy night but about half full. My only complaint would be that we felt rushed by the waitress. We hadn’t even finished our meals & she was trying to take our plates away & plonked the cheque down. I noticed she did it to another customer who was eating alone. Too bad if you wanted to order anything else. She must have been at the end of her shift & in a rush to settle her tips & get out.
